The Cipher won't be broadcasting on Facebook for a few years as he goes back to prison - unless he is incarcerated at the Raymond Detention Center. William "Napoleon" Edwards was convicted of false pretenses and posting of messages through electronic media for purpose of causing injury to a person in Madison County. Circuit Judge Steve Ratcliff sentenced him to serve six years in prison.
A Madison County grand jury indicted Edwards a year ago for false pretenses after he wrote a bad check to a plumbing supply company for $763. Edwards pleaded guilty on August 21. Circuit Judge Steve Ratcliff sentenced him to serve one year in prison. The prosecution agreed not to prosecute Edwards as a habitual offender even though he has prior convictions.
However, the Court found Edwards guilty of posting messages through electronic media causing injury to any person ( under Section 97-45-17(1)) of the Mississippi Code). Edwards made some pretty sick allegations about local pastor in a series of Facebook videos in 2016. Judge Chapman sentenced him to serve five years in prison and decreed that he serve it consecutive to the other sentence.
The Court said at the sentencing hearing that Edwards had prior convictions.

Too bad Chris McDaniel didn't see all these women coming after Judge Kavanaugh a month ago, he could have quit claimed him an acre in Soso, used the Mississippi laws to lock the accusers up and win the election all in one move!
10:53 - I hope that made sense to YOU since it won't to anybody else.
I know quite a few more that need to be banned from social media
What happened to the 1st amendment?
4:42pm the first amendment gives you freedom of speech it doesn’t mean you can break the law, slander , threaten people. You can have all the freedom of speech you want, but that doesn’t mean you are free from the consequences. Now answer this for me , are you one of the cipher cult members ? How can you follow a man when all he does is lie ? Why weren’t you in the courtroom in support of your leader? He talked mad stuff about Jackson but it was Madison county who locked him up and he has more charges pending .
