What was the problem with Harvey Johnson again?

This was so easy to see and is proven time and time again. You can get 40 0/0 of the whites to vote for a moderate black candidate over a hardline conservative white canidate that is not a racist. But you can't get 40 0/0 of the blacks to vote for a moderate black candidate over an avowed racist black candidate that is the black equivalent of a high ranking member of the KKK, much less getting 40 0/0 of the blacks to vote for a moderate white candidate over a black racist candidate.
The black community has to really look at itself and find some leadership that is going to advance all people's business and oppurtunities when they are in leadership positions. For the last 40 years they have only bought there constituents with token through redistribution. News flash out of 180,000 Jacksonians there aren't but around 33,000 whites left.
Maybe this is for the best, you have to hit rock bottom before some will change if they ever will. Very few every make the hard choices to make the turn, little rock being one of the few. Sad
