A Question: What kind of parent dresses his/her kid in a wifebeater for school?

Go on and make him a reservation at Parchman because that is where he will end up. He knew exactly what he was doing because he watched the worker leave the room before he kicked the little girl in the head.

If me or my brother had ever done that, my parents would let the parent of the kid I hurt beat the hell out of me and then they would have.

Where is the six year old boy's father? That may be why he abuses and hates the little girl... She has a dad. Get him away from other children. He needs intense therapy and the mother "baby momma" clearly needs a parenting course, to raise her own child (No more daycare for him) and a english course.

The father hit the wrong child.
It was another child who was doing all the brutalizing of the children, kicking them over repeatedly, knocking them around, biting them on the face and hitting them in the mouth. It is absolutely outrageous and horrifying that those little toddlers had been abused like that for a long time. If I found out a manager had let my toddler be kicked around, hit and harmed, blue lights would have been flashing.

Why is a 6 year old in the same day care area as toddlers? Particularly one that probably has done this many times before and was known to be an aggressive child?

As for the father, good for him. He ought to file charges against this child and he ought to go after the day care center, too.

How about a state law that all daycares have video cameras? You can get one for a couple hundred bucks. Too "job killing"?

Looks to me as if the boy who kicked the toddler is kin to her or somehow in charge of her since he picks her up and totes her around. He carefully waited til no adult was looking his way. Then when the woman looked his way, he picked up the child as if he was taking care of her. He has obviously learned this behavior 'where he stay'. Youngsters don't mistreat others out of the blue. They've learned it and this is obviously repetitive behavior. This is probably the same child who plucks the wings off butterflies, puts a cat in the microwave and slices a dog with a knife. As crude as it may sound, we can look for him to have his hands down a toddler's pants next year.

What scares me is that there are MILLIONS of animals like that six year old out there and they grow up and vote....hmmmm... And we wonder how someone like obama can get elected in this county...

Shadowbox, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Children were bred like rabbits for federal money paid per child, and the children were dumped during the day at Jackson Mall to run loose. This has been going on for years, as have street gangs of mindless children without conscience who beat, murder, rob, burglarize innocent people and beat them with bats, and these crimes are covered up. Having grown to adulthood in the 80's, crime is a way of life for many of those chldren, as are drugs and dog fighting. Dog fighting is a felony for the perpetrators and for spectators, but surprise surprise, have any of these arrested dog fighters gone to prison? No, nor will the person beating an elderly school teacher, causing her death, ever to my knowledge been apprehended.
The mentality of the parents of such criminals is demonstrated by a mother's comment whose son was arrested for stealing a car. She said he did nothing wrong, and should not be arrested, because "he was just joy riding".

Have the local TV stations have shown this new video of this little thug kicking and hitting this little girl? The man/Dad who slapped him was wrong to do it, but I completely understand why he did it. He probably literally could not help himself when he saw his little girl and found out she was injured by this little thug. I blame the daycare for allowing this to happen, and the parents for raising such a thug and making excuses for him. He will be killing by the time he's 12. No doubt about it.

The abuser of toddlers was seen on TV brutally kicking a small toddler down with at least twice, which was said has gone on for a long while. While the "supervisor" looked out the window he brutally hit and kicked babies. He was shown on TV furtively watching to be sure he wasn't observed while he was shown torturing a small toddler sitting who was in a chair. It really makes your blood boil to see this uncivilized cruelty while an adult was in charge of these babies. I don't know exactly how the father found out his toddler daughter was being harmed, but instead of dealing with the boy who was doing the abuse, HE hit the WRONG BOY, according to the TV account. I am sure we don't know the half of it, and too much goes on these days that we find atrocious.

If I understand right, according to the Dad came in to pick up his child, saw her injuries, and asked the daycare worker how his child got a busted lip/other injuries. She said she didn't know, but the children there heard the question and all pointed at the little thug. They had seen him hurt this child. So that's how the Dad knew who harmed his child.

Hmm! after watching this vid. That older kid needs a bit more than a smack.

The kid that the father struck was NOT the child who hurt his child. He should have never struck any child there. That poor little boy did not deserve it. The father should be arrested. Punch the adult for allowing it but not an innocent child. The 9 year old who did it needs to be in a mental facility.

There is absolutely no hope whatsoever for this segment of the American populace.

Assualt charge on the father?? Why not an assualt charge on the baby-smacker? And why not a "contributing" charge against the paid worker who turned their back while all this was going on?

Someone should be in jail - and it shouldn't be the father of the one-year-old that was getting kicked and beaten while placed in the custody of these workers.

Just asking - does this 'day-care center" receive any kind of state or federal funding? If so, where are the authorities checking on why?

Shadowfax - the videotapes were all shown on WLBT. It showed the father walk up and slap a 6 year old. That 6 year old was not the child (a 9 year old) who was shown on other tapes attacking the babies. So if my 6 year old was slapped by a parent who was mad about anything I would have him arrested and press charges. I certainly hate it that his baby was hurt but that doesn't give him the right to hurt another child - or any child. My evidence is what was on tape. What is your evidence?

Meanwhile, daycare/babysitting centers all over this state fly under the radar of mandated standards. The biggest culprits of all being Headstart centers which Eric and Bennie will not allow anyone to touch.

I am on the Board of Directors for a Head Start operation. We do not tolerate this type of behavior. We have had workers fired and charges pressed for this. So don't lump all head start centers in one pot. And oh by the way I am white.

Head Start Center Boards of Directors are notoriously ignorant regarding what goes on on a daily basis in the centers. At one time I served in that capacity myself. We met periodically and enjoyed nice catered meals and tours after the places had been spit-shined and Mr. Clean splashed around. That never removed the fact that we all knew the places were simply day-care centers who also taught children how to brush their teeth. The times we terminated employees followed exposure by the media or charges having been filed, leaving no choice but to act. Had those incidents been up to center directors to deal with, the employees would not have been terminated.

Regarding these videos about this particular incident I'm sure you all noticed the worker was snacking and sucking her fingers whtn the father moved out of camera range toward the boy he struck and her reaction after he struck the child was to keep her mouth closed and turn back in the other direction. Where was her outrage, her admonition of the parent, her running to the aid of the struck child? She is a typical headstart center employee.

This is why I am a stay at home. I choose to raise my children. Those kinds of incidents scare me, the monster inside of me would have jumped out, jumped on that boy and his mother. And then I would gladly call the police.

I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT THAT BOY WAS IN CHARGE OF THESE TODDLERS... THE WAY HE WAS WALKING THE KIDS AROUND. STANDING WITH HANDS ON HIPS LIKE HE WAS AN AUTHORITY FIGURE..... THAT KID NEEDS TO BE TIED TO A TREE AND BEAT FOR DAYS AND DAYS... LET HIM SEE HOW IT FEELS TO BE BEAT AND BITTEN.
