In Florida, there are several charges that relate to checks and the writing of checks. If a person writing a check knows that the bank account has insufficient funds to cover the check, then State Prosecutors may file criminal charges against the drafter. Depending on the amount of the check written, this can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony--but generally worthless checks written for an amount over 150 dollars is a felony punishable up to five (5) years in prison. Florida Statute § 832.05(2) or § 832.05(4).

Please clue me in. Who is this guy? Friend of SI?

I see KF continue to attract new readers. Look back at the Frazier name in previous posts.

Well overdue!

Anonymous said...

There needs to be about 3 or 4 more along with him in a orange jump suit.

Anonymous said...

First time I've ever seen him wear orange. Kinda looks good on him.......As fashion-conscious as he's always been, I guess he should be glad, because from what I keep hearing, he's likely to be wearing it for an extended period of time - if not from this instance, from some of the M A N Y others memorialized on JJ!

Anonymous said...

Wouldn't it be great to see him in his orange suit picking up trash from the side of the road!!

Anonymous said...

Along with his brother and step brother!

downwardspiralmaybegin said...

were these the only charges. because if i am reading this correctly he was booked at 3:30 am. They served a warrant that late or they pulled him over for something else and executed a bench warrant?

I guess that equipment money finally ran out!

i note the hair color noted on the mug shot. Blonde/Strawberry. Sounds like a studly color.

The bond is WAY to low... Should be $5 MILLION with this cat's reputation. He will skip out and disappear...

Anonymous said...

Did Tal Braddock jet down to Destin to represent him?

Anonymous said...

Austin is not far behind

Anonymous said...

S.I. jetted Mayfield and his team down earlier according to another Frazier this morning.

Anonymous said...

I can't stop laughing because this is sooooo funny!!!! I hope the charges keep on comin on...Ill never see my money again but this is hilarious! Very Satisfying....How embarrasing for his kids!

Anonymous said...

I guess he's the chocolate covered strawberry now. Remember what he wrote about his mafia girlfriend and the superbowl trip. LMAO!

Anonymous said...

1:43 Ditto!!!! Ha Ha

Anonymous said...

Hopefully this is merely a preview for much bigger and better things to come. No one deserves it more..

Anonymous said...

Poor Claiborne. Looks like the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the limo with the mafia girlfriends left him looking a bit "bloated." Maybe he can get on a good workout program in prison.

Anonymous said...

King- This looks like it must have been an outstanding warrant that was executed during a late night traffic stop. Can you dig up the warrant and then find out who he stiffed with the check and for how much?

Wade said...

Anonymous, I'm sorry if you lost $$$$ dealing with CF but expressing happiness over how embarrassed his kids must be? Come on, their kids man, innocent children who were probably embarrassed by other things their father has done long ago. Hell, he's got one child that he won't even acknowledge. This is really sad for his children and the rest of his family.

It is good to know that Okaloosa Co. FL is able to fight financial fraud. DA Guess and his crew should take a field trip down there for a tutoring session.

Anonymous said...

I am sure somebody will think he is pretty in jail. By the next morning he will be braiding cornrows in his boyfriends hair. Maybe he can make money doing that when he gets out and starts paying me and others back.

Anonymous said...

Wade... My children would never see me on the Internet with my Mug shot because I don't have one.... The fact he didn't take care of responsibilities and his punishment is publicly being displayed is hilarious ... I regret his innocent children yes ALL of them are and will be privy to this.... Let's hope none of them got the "lack of character" or "entitlement because I'm a Frazier" gene.

Anonymous said...

I met this guy at a bar in Hattisburg ... Said he was in real estate .... Then his car got re-po from there.... What a loser

Wade said...

I understand what you are saying...I don't have a mug shot either. I also don't have a dog in the fight like you do because I have never had any business dealings where I lost any money with either CF or AF. I did however graduate a couple of years ahead of both of them at the same high school they attended. I have never really known either of them, they have always been more of an acquaintance, just people I would recognize and say hello to if I saw them. So, based on your own personal experience and knowledge, you probably have a lot more insight on this than I do. I'm not going to drop any names because some are still active professionals in the Jackson area who despite perhaps not having the best moral reputations, seem to conduct their business appropriately. Let's just suffice it to say that I definitely did not care for some of the company they kept. I had heard all the rumors in recent years about all the drugs, etc. Based on recent events it seems relatively easy to conclude that those are probably true. I just can't believe that without the use and abuse of some serious mind altering drugs that anyone in their right mind would conduct business in a way and do the things they have allegedly done. That would not be an excuse but it would certainly be an explanation I suppose. I'm not sure what the "entitlement because I'm a Frazier" gene is. All I know is that I played in a golf group out at JCC for 6-7 years that included their dad, C.E. Frazier. C.E. Frazier is a good and decent man. I think he worked hard for what he had and built his business from the ground up. I admired and respected him and I still do. Hindsight is 20/20 and I'm sure this probably keeps him up on a nightly basis wondering where he went wrong. But I think he probably did the best he could with his family given the cards he was dealt some years ago. He didn't deserve any of this. CF is his own man and so is his brother Austin. You can only blame incidents in your past that negatively impacted your childhood upbringing for so long and then it's time to seek help, get counseling, and take responsibility for your own actions and behavior as an adult. I have not even seen their dad in 4-5 years probably. Yet, I hate what he must be going through over all of this because I still consider and call him my friend. This is not a feel good story for anyone. The whole thing just makes me sad really.

Anonymous said...

Wade, don't think for one minute C.E didn't know what was going on. Just a little catch up news From the last 4 or 5 years.

Wade said...

How do you know what details he knew? Those were his kids. I'm sure he was trying to help them any way he could. But damn, a man does not build a successful business only to reach retirement age and intentionally throw it all away by scamming people he's known all of his life. That makes about as much sense as fiberglass underwear. I'm just sayin'....perhaps it may be that you have first hand knowledge that I don't but I give people I know/knew the benefit of the doubt until they give me a reason not to. I know from an unfortunate personal experience how quick people can be to formulate an opinion based on very few if any of the facts. I'm not saying you are, but I would be based on what I do/don't know. If it comes out that he knew how bad it really was, I'll be shocked. I started making a concious effort about 10 years ago to not judge a person unless I could say I had walked a mile in their shoes. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Anonymous said...

1:52, It's all in black and white, just like Claiborne said we were just trying to keep the construction company afloat. C.E just hasn't filed bankruptcy and came public with it yet.

Anonymous said...

I guarantee you Ce was getting paid whenever Claiborne sold a piece of property, especially if he owns a third in Frazier Development. I guess you could say "bad things happen to good people all the time".

Wade said...

I'm sure he was getting paid if he owned a third of the company. But that doesn't prove anything. If he wasn't micro-managing his sons, and at this point in his life, I doubt he was, then he reasonably could have not known a lot of the things that his son/s were doing. The type things I have read about are generally the type of white collar crimes that can be covered up for, well, about the length of time they were able to. If he didn't know, it would have been too late by the time he found out. Under the circumstances, I'm sure he probably will have to file bankruptcy but again, what does that prove? It will be interesting to follow this as all the information and the facts eventually and I'm sure, slowly, come out.

2:37... Try and tell that to Travelers Insur. Ha

Wade...I note that there is a between withholding judgment and offering a defense.

The Jr.'s were ok to deal with for a while, until they continued to string our small business out at our expense. Having seen these postings, I have no respect for them. The owner of the affected business was my mom, late in age, widowed; she closed the business due to outstanding payments. Thanks. My Mom is better off not being in the business; but let it be known your parties were paid for at her expense.

Anonymous said...

They deserve everything they have coming! Dont think grandmaw posey can get them out of this one.

Anonymous said...

Wade I'd do a bit more fact-checking before you defend C.E. any further. Start with the lawsuits filed against him by members of his own family. The apple(s) doesn't fall far from the tree...

Wade said...

Hey look 10:34....I didn't say I had all the facts, on the contrary, I said I was not going to judge someone based on a lack of the facts. Lawsuits filed by his own family? You are going to have to do better than that. I do oil and gas title work for large companies. I see all kinds of crap like that, the majority of which is so illegitimate, and born of greed and jealousy that it would make Jerry Springer want to retire finally. I'm not saying he is or isn't guilty. What I'm saying is, I don't personally believe he is and based on the man I have known, I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt until I have first hand personal experience or knowledge that tells me otherwise. There's three sides to every story...mine yours and the truth and nobody's lying!

Wade said...

Also, let me ask you a question...let's just say hypothetically, you owned a business and wanted to phase out of it. You wanted to enjoy the last quarter of your life in style while leaving a legacy you had built in the hands of your children and grand children. So, for all practical purposes you turn over the operation of the business to your two sons, who have demonstrated previously under your supervision that they can and will responsibly handle the operation of the business you have spent years building. Next thing you know, your two sons, who you love unconditionally, make a series of mistakes that they try, and successfully hide from you. In a blink, everything in your world is turned upside down and everything you have worked for is gone.....poof....vanished, just like that! Additionally, you are being chastized and put through the ringer because you are obviously "guilty by association" in the eyes of the general public because it was your sons who did the deed. Pretty easy to draw that conclusion isn't it? Afterall, you must have trained them that way right? Get real! How would you feel if that was you? It easily could be. Do you know how many people Amnesty International has gotten off the hook for being wrongly imprisoned since DNA testing has become main stream? So far, I have not read one single entry that indicated C.E. Frazier has ever done anything to intentionally harm a soul...physically, financially, or otherwise. The snowball gets rolling and builds up so much momentum that it gets out of control. I consider C.E. my friend and if he's reading this, he needs to know...he's welcome at my home anytime!

Anonymous said...

Wade, are you in on this too?

Wade said...

Yes, and "I'm a Warlock with Adonis blood! I'm a feakin' rock star from Mars baby. Everyone else is just a bunch of Trolls" (the infamous Charlie Sheen) right? Whatever man! I don't know you, or...maybe I do. I would not know because you post anonymously. Based on the info I have posted about myself, anyone who knows me is going to know it is me writing. And...anyone who knows me would not say that! As I previously stated, I'm sorry if you got hurt by these guys financially. I'm hardly in a position to defend CF or AF. Like I said before, I never really knew them very well. I hate what has happened and the fact that it happened to people I do know. For instance, Scott Hines....his late mother...or maybe it was his grandmother...Hell, I can't remember as it was too long ago, used to babysit my sister and I when my parents would go out of town. I have lived here all of my life and know a lot of people. I found out the hard way a long time ago that I don't necessarily want or need to be on the side of popular opinion, as those with the most opinions are usually those with the fewest facts. You however are apparently in a little bit different position from the average person following this story. You have negative, first hand experience in dealing with CF and AF. But from what little you have told me so far, you offer nothing substantial that would implicate C.E. other than your opinion. When we are talking about someone I call a friend, that's just not good enough for me. They say when you get to the end of your life, you can count the number of "true" friends you have on one hand and have fingers left over. Well, so far at 40 years of age, I agree. I reserve the middle finger for personal use and still have fingers left over. It's times like this you find out who your real friends are. C.E. is in a real lonely place right now...I can guarantee you that. My position is that I am loyal to my friends unless they give me reason not to be. That's it...nothing more and nothing less. Again, I am sorry that you and countless other people came out on the short end of the stick in dealing with CF and his brother...but let's wait until all the facts come out before we throw C.E. under the bus as well.

I don't know Wade, nor do I know any of the players involved. My husband used to work for a company that did work for Daddy Fraiser and he felt like Daddy was a good man that over indulged his kids way too much, which I might add, we are all guilty of at some point. I can tell from reading Wade's posts he is praying Daddy was not involved and I can see how he might not have been other than maybe not paying close enough attention to his sons' business dealings. None of us look as closely at our children sometimes as we might should. Not to mention, they boys knew exactly what they were doing and I'm sure hid it from Daddy. In my opinion, we do the best job we know how raising them and then, it's on them. Sometimes good people raise bad kids. All Wade is saying, to me anyway, is that he is not jumping on the Daddy bandwagon until he has proof. He's not being stupid and overlooking, he's not saying 'no way ever'. He's only saying that he has not seen any proof as of yet and therefore will not throw his friend under the bus. If only all our own friends were that true to us....

Anonymous said...

I guess it was his sons that sign his name on all those bank loans that went bad and sign off on statements that were false and untrue about his assets towards Travelers. The fact of the matter is he did and he shall be punished along with the rest of them.

Wade said...

First of all....thank you 8:45....you get me and you get exactly what I have been saying. 8:53, as far as signing his name on bank loans...what the Hell does that mean or prove? Squat, that's what! Did C.E. have to sign off on those statements about assets or did his boys have the authority to sign such documents in his absence? Even if he did sign, did he know what kind of shape the company was really in? Did he know CF was pocketing $$$$ from heavy equipment sales and not telling anyone? Who knows? Should he have known? Sure, it's fair to say the buck stops with him for it was his company that he built and if he didn't know he should have been more judicial in his handling of such situations. But does that make him guilty? Do you know? If what you say is true and is the "fact of the matter", then offer up your facts. Based on that statement you are offering nothing but your opinion, which means nothing. The only fact of the matter is the fact that nobody knows all the facts yet.

Anonymous said...

Wade - Amnesty International has nothing to do with DNA testing and freeing wrongly imprisoned people. You're confusing them with the Innocence Project.

Wade said...

Thank you for clarifying 9:47....you got the point anyway.

Anonymous said...

CE went before the state board of contractors and testified that when Claiborne submitted forged documents to some banks, that Claiborne was not acting on behalf of the construction company.

After that, shenanigans continued to occur.

He had knowledge. He begged pardon for his son and received it. Bad things kept happening.

That is complicity.

Anonymous said...

10:19, thank you, that says it all. Wade you might be sympathetic with CF for what a nice guy he seemed to be, but the law will not forgive him trying to turn a blind eye to what the boys were doing. His name is on the door, so his "I had no idea" defense will work approximately as well as it did for Bernie Ebbers.

Wade said...

I didn't say that he won't be found guilty of anything. I said all the facts have not come out yet and therefore I'm not jumping to any conclusions. Also, I'm a little confused...you say CE went before the state board of contractors and testified that CF was not acting on behalf of the company when he submitted forged documents. That suggests to me that he didn't know anything about it. If you read my earlier posts you would seee that I stated that it's fair to say the buck stops with CE for it was his company and he let his boys run it into the ground. That does not mean he had knowledge of everything that was going on. Ultimately, what it comes down to is, he will be held accountable for any part the evidence shows he played a role in, ever how small or large that may be. Comparing this to Bernie Ebbers is a bit of a stretch.

Anonymous said...

A business owner/CEO doesn't just let things get so called "out of hand" like this for so many years, unless he was in on the fraud himself.

Anonymous said...

Wade, The Frazier's have that affect on people making them believe they've done nothing wrong. Its always good to know or call people your friend or friends in low places i guess.

Anonymous said...

Do you not think the Hines, Laws and the rest of the list did not notify CE when they were not getting paid their share in the investments, but Papa CE was pocketing the monies just like CF and continued to let CF run the show. Now its all just a finger pointing match.CE knew the deals were bad CF had made but continued to back him in order to live a lavish lifestyle.

Wade said...

Well, in the case of it being a father and two sons, and the father being more of a figure head who played a lot of golf while the sons ran things, I respectfully disagree. I could be dead wrong...wouldn't be the first time. The truth, whatever that may be, will come out in the end. It usually does. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think most if not all of these allegations cover the last few years. If the sons were able to victimize people without those people even realizing it until 2 and 3 years down the road, then certainly it would be plausible that they would be able to deceive their own father.

Wade said...

11:34, from what I read about this story, Scott Hines did not find out until sometime in December that CF had sold property sometime in either Oct or Nov and didn't pay him, at which time he did pay him $190,000. It was almost immediately after this that this story began to break. Look back at the dates of the stories on this website and you will see that. I think CE found out about the majority of this right about the same timee everybody else did...after it was too late. But I digress, I already said I could be completely wrong but I hope I'm not. If you and I were friends and it was you that all the speculation was swirling around, would you not want me to give you the same benefit of the doubt? I think you would want that from anyone you considered your friend.

Anonymous said...

I am one of their many victims. It was appearent within days what they had done. And then within days CE was well aware of the issue. He had heard from me, and lawyers and his bankers about it.

I know of other instances where CE wrote personal checks to other folks who had been done wrong. Sometimes to make them whole. More often as a partial payment to buy time.

I know of further instances where CE had meetings with victims and told them "I'm sorry, but..."

He didn't know everything. But he did knew alot. His knowledge equals either consent or participation....either one is wrong.

It would have been a big step for him to have turned them over to authorities. But he could have easily limited or cut off their authority to use his wealth and reputation to facilitate their actions.

But instead he let them steal from his his wife, his mother, his sisters, his sister-in-law, many of his lifelong friends, many of his career long subcontractors, his banks and many of the boys lifelong friends.

Ignorance would not be a viable defense. But he can't even claim ignorance.

Hell, all that golfing that Wade says proves CE's innocence was played at the Country Club. You couldn't turn a corner there without bumping into at least two people that they screwed.

Anonymous said...

Wonder if he can make a living playing golf? Sounds like he has had a lot of practice.

Anonymous said...

12:39, WELL SAID!

Anonymous said...

Wonder what Austin has up his sleeve next.

Wade said...

Lol.....when did I ever say golfing proved CE's innocence? That's ridiculous! My point was simply that he was spending more and more time away from the everyday responsibilities of his business. I'm sure he felt he could trust his boys....obviously he was wrong. The fact that he wrote personal checks to some in order to make things right is simply not something someone who intentionally perpetrated fraud on people would do. That would be totally illogical. He would have just disappeared instead of doing that. Anyway, nothing any of us thinks or says in here is going to change anything. We can talk about it until we are blue in the face but the facts will eventually all come out and justice will be served. The victims of this debacle, yourself included, deserve to see that it is. All I have ever said is that I hope CE's involvement and knowledge are minimal. I don't believe the man is a crook.

Anonymous said...

I had heard CE hired a marketing firm to try and mitigate the damage to his image...I guess they have shown up here too, hello "wade".

Anonymous said...

C.E. is one of the good guys. His 2sorry ass, spoiled boys are the afterbirth of the tragic breakdown between George and Nan years and years ago. Guilt tripping equated spoiling those two smart ass brats by both families.

If C.E. goes down, it will be his "at the end of the day's" fault, but had George and Nan not broken up two families with their selfishness, NONE of this would have ever happened. What is always said about the 3rd generation of wealth?

Anonymous said...

Every parent understands this logic: are you sorry that you did it or are you sorry that you got caught.

That's why daddy crook wrote personal checks.

4:08: You apparently missed your calling as a comodian...er...comedian. That's just freakin' hilarious man. At least I don't write crap about people under the shelter of an anonymous post on a public blog. That's chicken $hit! It's easy to tear someone down I guess as long as you get to hide. I agree with 4:24 and that's basically what I have been saying all along. I didn't delve into the family thing because that's a whole other story that would need its own website. I knew all about that stuff. However, as I stated in an earlier post, you can only blame your past for so long before it's time to man up, go to counseling, and get some help for your problems. Besides that, all that stuff really has more to do with their apparent hatred for women and why they treat them like $hit more than it explains criminal behavior. Afterall, there were children in the other family that were sujected to the same circumstances and the same enviornment growing up. I know one of them and he's a very "normal" successful doctor.

Wade said...

4:58....the man I knew would be sorry it happened, regardless of what you think. He didn't have to do that and anyone with malicious intent would not have done so.

Anonymous said...

"Mailcious intent" is not the standard that he will have to be found to have met, it is much less than that.

Wade said...

7:14....I think we are tallking about two different things. Read the previous posts to understand. My point was, someone who sets out to harm someone $$$$ does not then go around writing them checks for the damage. They wouldn't give em' a damn nickel and they would split. That didn't happen though. C.E. will face the music and accept whatever happens. A lot of people who got hurt by all of this mess will probably always think he was involved even if he wasn't. They probably wouldn't be human if they didn't feel that way I suppose. It's understandable that people are mad that he didn't make sure everything was okay but I think his kids are mostly to blame for this. He may have enabled them but they were the doers. Whatever the price is to pay for that will be his cross to bear and I'm sure he'll man up and accept that.

Kingfish you are the jerry springer of Jackson. After all the people you personally attack you do not think you are going to get yours. Almost everybody I know has a DUI. That means you can post a picture of most people we know. You are a disgrace to news. You are drama and bring up the smut dredge topics of the earth that destroy families and reputations. Do you actually think you are doing a good deed? You are going to be sued for slander, defimation of character. You see some you piss off from your home computer from you little crack house in the woods is going to have alot of money. So be careful you day is coming kingfish Springer! Going to be really embarrasing when people at your church start moving to another row. I hope you have the money to fight the onslaught. Remember the New York times and other papers get sued all the time and have to pay and retract articles.

Yep.

Poor form with regards to your comment - your appearance could be compromised. If I were involved with this case personally (and I'm not) I would delete that comment. Goes to character. You might want to relive the horror stories posted by many commenter's here (in this post and others) before you jump to clearly "Springer-tpye" conclusions. Makes me wonder if that is what you are watching if that is what you are comparing this too.

Assumption confirmed, I defer to you as I would the poor fools who sit on the stage or adorn the audience.

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Trollfest '07

Jackson Jambalaya is the home of Trollfest '07. Catch this great event which promises to leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Sonjay Poontang and his band headline the night with a special steel cage, no time limit "loser must leave town" bout between Alan Lange and "Big Cat"Donna Ladd following afterwards. Kamikaze will perform his new song F*** Bush, he's still a _____. Did I mention there was no referee? Dr. Heddy Matthias and Lori Gregory will face off in the undercard dueling with dangling participles and other um, devices. Robbie Bell will perform Her two latest songs: My Best Friends are in the Media and Mama's, Don't Let Your Babies Grow up to be George Bell. Sid Salter of The Clarion-Ledger will host "Pin the Tail on the Trial Lawyer", sponsored by State Farm.

There will be a hugging booth where in exchange for your young son, Frank Melton will give you a loooong hug. Trollfest will have a dunking booth where Muhammed the terrorist will curse you to Allah as you try to hit a target that will drop him into a vat of pig grease. However, in the true spirit of Separate But Equal, Don Imus and someone from NE Jackson will also sit in the dunking booth for an equal amount of time. Tom Head will give a reading for two hours on why he can't figure out who the hell he is. Cliff Cargill will give lessons with his .80 caliber desert eagle, using Frank Melton photos as targets. Tackleberry will be on hand for an autograph session. KIM Waaaaaade will be passing out free titles and deeds to crackhouses formerly owned by The Wood Street Players.
