Trollfest '09
Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.
Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).
Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.
Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".
In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.
In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.
Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.
Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!
This is definitely a Beaver production.

Jackson Jambalaya is the home of Trollfest '07. Catch this great event which promises to leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Sonjay Poontang and his band headline the night with a special steel cage, no time limit "loser must leave town" bout between Alan Lange and "Big Cat"Donna Ladd following afterwards. Dr. Heddy Matthias and Lori Gregory will face off in the undercard dueling with dangling participles and other um, devices. Robbie Bell will perform Her two latest songs: My Best Friends are in the Media and Mama's, Don't Let Your Babies Grow up to be George Bell. Sid Salter of The Clarion-Ledger will host "Pin the Tail on the Trial Lawyer", sponsored by State Farm.
There will be a hugging booth where in exchange for your young son, Frank Melton will give you a loooong hug. Trollfest will have a dunking booth where Muhammed the terrorist will curse you to Allah as you try to hit a target that will drop him into a vat of pig grease. However, in the true spirit of Separate But Equal, Don Imus and someone from NE Jackson will also sit in the dunking booth for an equal amount of time. Tom Head will give a reading for two hours on why he can't figure out who the hell he is. Cliff Cargill will give lessons with his .80 caliber desert eagle, using Frank Melton photos as targets. Tackleberry will be on hand for an autograph session. KIM Waaaaaade will be passing out free titles and deeds to crackhouses formerly owned by The Wood Street Players.

You can be Black and say whatever you want Kingfish you know that....Nothing racist said at all. Balcks are more racist than whites anyday!!!!
Yes. That comment was racist and uncalled for, period.
Awww, poor white people. Always being discriminated against. Those mean ole blacks have all the money and power, they dominate business and have a HUGE majority in the Legislature, and they never let Whitey have anything. I think I'm going to cry. Waaaaaaaaaah.
3:02 It is your attitude that keeps your race down and suppressed. You will continue to be last in all that you do. Don't envy someone because they have money....the might have just worked for it?
Garrett Morris approves:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGBw8jS3sMw
I wouldn't know. Like the new clarion ledger site I can't see it from my phone.
3:02 The JFP and the Jackson Advocate await you.
To the earlier poster at 3:02 --
Need I remind you about the Voting Rights Act case in Macon (federal lawsuit that blacks were suppressing the rights of white voters)? For reference: http://www.nytimes.com/2006/10/11/us/politics/11voting.html
Anyone can be racist - doesn't matter the color of his/her skin.
The Voting Rights Act of 1965 can be used to protect the white vote as well. This has already been used in Mississippi.
DOJ archives:
http://www.justice.gov/crt/about/vot/sec_2/noxubee_comp.pdf
I listened twice and missed the " racist" comment. Those commenting seemed to be factually describing the plan as increasing white districts and decreasing black districts. The reporter says they don't like that plan. No reasons are given by anyone for why they don't like the plan. They may think it doesn't accurately reflect census data . The assumption they don't want white people to have a political voice in the county MIGHT be true, but they didn't say that.
Over-reacting and assuming unstated motivations is not attractive , no matter who does it.
Didn't one of Eric Holder's stooges at DOJ send out a memo forbidding their lawyers to sue anyone non-white for violations of the Voting Rights Act? You don't have to go to Macon to see convictions of blacks for violating the voting rights of whites - see Brown, Ike (Noxubee County maybe?). And of course New Black Panthers are allowed to stand outside polling places in Philly, holding bats or clubs, and intimidating whites who approach the polling place. AG Holder feels that's A-OK, it seems.
9:01AM Are you brain dead? The comment clearly brings up race as an motivation and rationalization for the board's gerrymandering.
When and where has the voters right act been used to help voters in Miss???
Re: When and where has the voters right act been used to help voters in Miss???

See the above posts!! Macon, Miss. case - http://www.nytimes.com/2006/10/11/us/politics/11voting.html
I could not find anything racial with the news video at first, but then I thought, "What if a white person were to complain that the lines were moved to make the Districts more black?" That would definitely be considered racist.
Look at the video again. There was no complaint. There was a statement of fact as to the description of the plan and the reporter said those interviewed didn't like that plan. No reasons were given.
There was no hostility in the comments. No one had a bat. No one called the DOJ to complain.
The point was that IF a white had said the same thing about one of the other plans, it shouldn't automatically be considered racist.
The plans should be discussed in terms of fair and honest representation ( the plan either is or isn't the best and should be argued on that basis).
Whites or Blacks making everything about race is what is dysfunctional and continues to hold us back.
Some of us did it to them. Now some of them are doing it to us . In the future, Hispanics will do it to blacks and whites if current trends continue and we ALL don't start to behave better and seek out the good and decent and rational rather than the angry and emotional.

Blah, blah, blah, blah. Thanks for the sermon. What do you think this is ... the JFP website?
Racism is racism no matter what color of person practices it.
First of all, he was complaining about getting white voters. No one sees a problem with that? Now lets look at how legit is gripe is.
Proposals 2,3,4 DO NOT, repeat DO NOT change the BVAP for District 2. They all stay at 73%.
HOWEVER, the FIRST proposal dropped it down to 67%.
Just one damn problem. When this interview was taken, they didn't have a first proposal, remember? They didn't know what it would be? remember? So at 10:00 AM that morning, which is when WJTV was there because I saw them leaving, Mr. Anderson knew what it was going to be.

The invisibility of the first proposal was part of the ruse from the outset.
But you know what? The black community doesn't give damn about this sort of subterfuge. Unless, of course, if the players were white then they'd be screaming bloody murder.
Meanwhile Mr. Direct Line and his fellow dopes scratch their heads trying to figure out why the middle class is jamming the exits to all points on the compass out of Jackson and Hinds. THEN they rapidly conclude the solution is all about fresh marketing and new tall tales.
Note to Kaze: If this shit doesn't get your big talking attention then you are fraudulent as Donna Ladd.
You poor, poor, put-upon crackers crack me the fuck up. It must be horrible to be Whitey these days.
The thing is, we all need to completely shun the fear of being called "racist." So what, you called me a word. Big deal! I'm so "over" the whole notion of political correctness! The only reason it was dreamed up (coined by Josef Stalin, by the way) is to squelch debate. Period. PC is a mindset that was adopted up by the "party of tolerance" (i.e. Democrats) to deny anyone with whom they disagree the right to speak. Pure and simple, it's just a method to vilify those with whom they disagree. Now, on one hand, you really have to give props to the left for being so successful at what they've done with this whole concept. It has allowed them to define what, in their twisted minds, is right and what is wrong, and then to impose that definition on those in opposition to them. Then, those in opposition are forced to argue to the LEFTS definition. Think about it: take the issue of religion and its place in the PUBLIC sector. The left has railed against religion for so long, that even average citizens have become confused about what the left originally set out to accomplish. The left wanted any mention of religion in PUBLIC places to be removed. However, once that was accomplished, they continued to rail against religion for so long, average citizens now believe religious overtures in even PRIVATE settings are "wrong.".....that's but one of hundreds of issues subverted by the left..............Come back around full circle. Although you may make comments, based on your own observations of FACTS, you will still be referred to as a "hater" or as a "racist," because you will have deviated from what has been defined by the left as "wrong". It's "unpopular" to think any other way these days........yep, to HELL with being worried about being called racist.......I consider myself to be an "observationist!"I no longer draw conclusions on what I'm told I'm supposed to believe. I draw my conclusions on what I see and hear! To do otherwise is complete and total BS! I encourage everyone to start doing the same!
