I'm willing to bet that none of the above have tacos better than those at La Guadelupe.
When do we get the Taco trucks?
Question is if we did get them here, how long would it be until Madison and Ridgeland outlawed them?
There is NO good Mexican around here.
Try the tacos at La Guadalupe (On Old Canton just past County Line) and you will change your mind. They make them fresh with soft corn or flour tacos and load them with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream and cheese. They even cut off a fresh slice of avocado while you wait. They are served with a lime wedge on the side and your choice of hot or mild sauce. They are NOTHING like what passes for Mexican in Jackson.
