So if it's not reported, did it not happen?
A little wino told me an interesting fact. The National Traffic Safety Administration requires law enforcement to report all traffic fatalities to the federal agency. Anyone want to guess which wreck that caused two deaths in the last few months was not reported to NTSA by JPD? They are supposed to report fatalities to NTSA within a short time (by that I mean a few days) after they occur. Wonder how Lee will explain this one since Mac has left him holding the bag.

how do you know?
A wino told me. Pay attention.
Wino's say lots of things, where's the proof?
I'm the source. Don't worry about it.
Interesting...
Did the report that alerts one's insurance company and which assigns fault in an accident and that triggers some action on the part of Highway Safety get done? Or was it overlooked as well?
Even if no one had died, the insurers of both vehicles have a stake here. Do we have any cancelled policies ? Insurers don't need an adjudication , just a police report on an accident. Is there a police report? You know, just that little white slip of paper that lists the " at fault" person first?
Was it reported that Judge Bell arrived at the horrible murder scene of Heather Spencer, stayed for hours with George and Robbie and left the murder scene (without contacting authorities).
Let see the non-redacted police report. Maybe he is helping the Irbys? Maybe this is a common practice in Hinds County.
Yikes.
What about this one KF? Have you found a police report or what about the report to MHP? Come on KF!!
2:01: Trying to stir it up I see. I've already posted what I will for it. If you want to know more, then tell your client to contact me.
