Jackson is going to lose Chick-Fil-A. Chick-Fil-A will close the East County Line Road store in Jackson and move down the street into the site of the old Logan's Roadhouse. The Ridgeland Board of Ealdormen are expected to approve the company's application tonight.
The new location will be an improvement over the current site. The restaurant will expand from a cramped 5,300 sf at the current site to a more comfortable 8,128 sf at the new location. Interstate customers will enjoy quicker access as Chick-Fil-A will be smack dab right next to I-55.
Approval of the site plan and conditional use permit application is on the agenda for the Ridgeland Board of Ealdormen meeting taking place tonight.

More than just the potholes in that location; itn was not an easy access or exit' doesn't fit the Chic mode of operation.
Hate that it is leaving Jackson, but from a business decision, this certainly looks like a winning move. The Logan's location has been empty long enough that the rent difference of north/south of County Line shouldn't be a significant factor.
it will be top shelf. or right next to it
