The Justice Department filed a bill of particulars this morning in U.S.A. v. Lumumba, Owens, and Banks.
The bill does not state the account holder's name.

That's one day's worth of blow or one trip to a titty bar for you know who.
Leftover stripper cash handed to chowke outside the boca strip club?
Chump Change!
What? You mean those charges aren’t just going to go away?
Nope, although Shaun on WYAB keeps saying he thinks he will now cut a deal. Um, no. He will go to trial.
OH NO!!!
Anyway.....
If that's the only back account the feds can find and tap, then they ain't got shit! My boy gone walk. And not no Green Mile.
Of course he will go to trial - Mississippi's "trial of the century."
I suspect that as of now that is Lumumba’s intention. But, you know, it’s a year off and he can afford a time of denial. However, come next Spring, early summer, Lumumba may get the Come to Jesus talk. I expect that as the time comes near for trial and he sees just how much evidence there is against him, together with advantages of a plea deal versus what he could get if he loses, he may change his mind. Especially if one of the others rat him out. There again, Lumumba is not so much intelligent as he is arrogant, He might really believe he can shuck and jive himself out of this.
The proper defense strategy is:
> Let this thing advance to trial.
> Manage huge fundraising efforts.
> Allow fund to reach 3 million.
> Cop no jail time plea.
> Wear anklet for 1 year.
> Enjoy proceeds.
All these comments about Chock (or Jody) copping a plea deal while walking into a trial seem to ignore the Judge's schedule - I believe it stated that any plea would have to be entered with the court by first of March, or thereabouts.
Where he gone get the cash to pay for a trial? Will cost six figures.
Exactly. He’s nobody now.
Yo, FBI dudes, It's all in offshore bank accounts. I know you most likely know this, but in case you don't, one of his close friends that he somehow double-crossed has been spilling that around town.
@11:54 is correct: His 7-figure kick-back from the $30M Seiman's legal fee has been growing in the Caymans.
Let's not forget: although not as "persuasive" as it would have been prior to November of last year, Baby Chok's still got that one attribute that may allow him, as a politician, to get a lot less punishment (if any) than most of us would expect.
Let’s start a gofundme for him to hire Bridget Todd 😂
@2:06 PM Attribute: That beautifully coiffed hair? :) :)
What about Owen’s “ million dollas he got in his safe, that can’t no BODY touch”?
