Zach New sought permission to sell his Bridgewater home from U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves yesterday. He and his mother, Nancy, pleaded guilty to bribery of public officials, defrauding the government, RICO, and wire fraud in April in the DHS scandal. They have not yet been sentence.
New stated in his motion to allow the sale of the property that he and his wife can not afford the $4,500 monthly note. A buyer agreed to purchase the home for $915,000. Their equity in the home is $250,000, subject to forfeiture to the U.S. Government.
Zach's sentencing is set for November 9 in U.S. District Court. The motion is posted below.

Forfeit it to the state and turn it into Volley-Ball courts. Poors can always use more of those.
They lived large on stolen taxpayer funds-
Lets not forget about the two boats that were kept on the water at the Rez. Slip rent and what not. Nice BIG boats too ! !
These people seem to live nice on money for the poor. Why can't the poor people do the same?
How horrible do you have to be to live like this, knowing you have stolen from impoverished people to make it happen?
I cannot imagine the mental gymnastics it took to justify this, but I bet they managed.
Karma shows up for all of these vermin.
Wow, this is some hard hitting in depth reporting, KF. Way to really dig into this sprawling conspiracy.
Why would you post a photo of the home? His wife & children are innocent bystanders.
@1:12 PM That would be re-distribution of wealth, i.e. pure socialism. We are about halfway there.
Would have thought he would’ve put a good bit more down in cash, and not borrowed so much. Given the large note, and years of payments on the mortgage, apparently he thought the TANF scheme was going to continue through his golden years.
@2:36/Jess, probably not too wise to be commenting on this thread. Especially when you are a party to the civil litigation. I would expect an attorney to know better, wait nevemind!
@4:07 PM Have you ever heard of satire?
Is the family selling this house, or are the hired lawyers trying to collect their fees from the sell of this house?
Are they moving out of town? I’d be ashamed to stay here.
The money came from Zack and his mother. The wife should receive no proceeds from the sale.
Nice house.
Attn 7:14. Yes, they sue moving out of town. They are moving to a community in north sunflower county named “parchman.”
Did either of the News have a legitimate for-profit business other than the school?
They hurt to two most vulnerable groups of children in the state, the incredibly impoverished and the children with special needs. The Autism school was helping many children, as it was the only one in Central MS of its kind. I honestly don’t know how Nancy New or her son can show their faces. It has to be narcissism or some form of a sociopath. She’s been out on bail for years, just living her best life. It’s sickening.
It's 'tray ceilings', not 'trey ceilings'. And 'backsplash' is one word.
A fool and his money will soon part ways!
Let’s not forget that the wife was on payroll at New Summitt. She was collecting a check and not working at all!
They deserve everything coming. I don’t wanna hear what’s best for the kids. Mom and dad shouldn’t have been stealing is would would have been best!
@ 2:06PM, you do realize that money was stolen from the taxpayers? Po' folks don't have much to steal.

These are directly from the listing. On the internet. For all to see.
Living large off the backs of hungry children, weren't they? Million dollar homes, private schools for THEIR children, expensive vehicles, etc. Guess it's a bit harder to make that $4,500/month house note when you actually have to WORK for the money and not steal from children.
