A tiny infant clings to life after her mother brutally beat and bit her because she would not stop crying. JPD arrested Danielle Richards on September 30 and charged her with felony child abuse and battery.
The police officer's affidavit provides what can only be called a civilized description of the evil visited upon the child. The affidavit states Richards
did willfully and unlawfully, intentionally, and feloniously at 124 St. Clair Street, the four-month old infant child suffer scalp to the right eye, blister on the right lip, scratches on the right leg and knee, bleeding on the brain, human bite marks on the left arm, and broken collarbone of xxxxx xxxxxxx, a four-month old, in such a manner as to cause serious bodily harm in violation of Mississippi Code 97-5-39(2).The baby is barely surviving in ICU.
Richards confessed to beating her child at her initial appearance on October 3. Jackson Municipal Court Judge Jeff Reynolds set her bond at $5 million and ordered her to have no contact with any children under the age of 13. The Court ordered DHS to take custody of the baby as well as the twins Richards is carrying when they are born. Yes, you read that sentence correctly. Richards was pregnant with twins when she beat her baby.
The case will be transferred to County Court for Richards' preliminary hearing.

She never, ever need to have children or be around then ever again.
How is she already pregnant again?
That poor little baby never had a chance.
Ferals.
Forgive them Father they know not what they do
12:45 She knew EXACTLY what she was doing. And the Father knows it.
Bytch needs to fry!
SICK
Glad you're watching, Mr. K. I'm looking forward to reports. This hideous "creature" deserves to be flayed.
@ 1:02 You are right she knew but the thing is she doesn't give a damn.
@ 1:30 Agree
This always scares me because I know in my worst moments, I'm capable of this. And I'm not a psychopath. Some mercy is due in this case.
Bruh, I can't imagine ANY worst moment that would cause me to inflict pain and suffering on an infant. An adult who harms my family or me is different.
@ 3:41 you need help. Biting and bashing an infant? you need help.
@3:41
You may not be a "psychopath" but you still have serious mental problems. Seek help.
Wait and have children until you and your partner are emotionally and financially able to take care of them. Greatest social problem of our time and it is not close.
Agreed 2:46.
Send her sorry ass to House Bolton for the weekend.
And no.
I'm not talking about Bennie's village.
@3:41PM
Well, if and when you do the government has a place or lifetime stay for you.
Take her and that one in Pearl out back and make it quick.
Never heard of 'House Bolton'.
She has an infant child and twins on the way? Hopefully all three will have a chance at life away from her and the baby-daddy.
