Great film.
It's always reminded me of how things were at Lake St.John
(Ferriday, Louisiana) during the mid to late 1970s.
This movie was painful to watch for me. Henry Fonda and Katharine Hepburn needed a better script and a much better supporting cast. It just hurt to see them in this movie.
Jane Fonda - puke.
This movie is going to seem very dated, and cloying.
Great, great film.
I hope the theatre shows the Spike Lee film where he asked the racist why no Blacks were on the wall?
She’s not as good of an actress as her dad was an actor.

I agree. I watched it as a teenager during its initial release, and I watched it later on as an adult, and it was painful both times.

You are referencing "Do The Right Thing". That was a pretty good movie. My favorite pizza place in town is named after the two main characters. Well at least I believe they are the inspiration for the name of the pizza place.
PUT.DOWN.THAT.BOTTLE......Rooster Cogburn. Now THAT was KB at her best.
