Mississippi Democratic Trust Press
Contact: Sen. Hob Bryan (601) 359-3237
On Thursday, February 20, at 11:00 a.m., Senate Democrats will hold a “Wake Up Mississippi” Rally. The Rally will take place on the 2nd Floor Rotunda of the Mississippi Capitol.
The
purpose of the rally is to discuss House Bill 765 and Senate Bill 2325,
bills that would divert education dollars to personnel checking
accounts with no meaningful supervision.
Senate Democrats invite supporters of Mississippi’s public schools to come early and bring their alarm clocks.

"divert education dollars to personnel checking accounts"
Dems sound like the protesting teachers who couldn't spell their signs correctly last month.
There are no words........
One misspelled word = thousands of poor teachers. Dunce @ 10:54.
Actually, 'personnel' checking accounts is not inaccurate if the bill would allow diversion to the accounts of school personnel.
Find another nit to pick.
Eicheldumbberger -- who is a regular anonymous commenter here -- still doesn't understand that the name The Democratic Trust is an oxymoron.
Its hard to wake the dead!!
If 4:50 and 4:46 read the bill, which they obviously haven't, they'd realize we are talking about checks deposited in the personal checking accounts of parents of children with special needs so they would not be forced to send their children to inadequate public schools.
If teachers are "poor" the solution is simple - let them change to a higher paying occupation.
If they are qualified - ooops!
Donkeycrats don't read bills. Where have you been?
