U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan, III scheduled William McHenry's sentencing for next month:
Set/Reset Hearings as to William Byrd McHenry, Jr.: Sentencing reset for August 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 5A (Jackson) Jordan before District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III.
McHenry filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in 2021. Madison Timber Receiver Alysson Mills objected to the bankruptcy, arguing McHenry lied in his bankruptcy filings. The Receiver "examined" the defendant under oath at a debtor's exam in 2021. McHenry did not provide all of the records requested and "could not identify the source of any deposit into his bank accounts and could not explain how he covers his monthly expenses."

And I thought I was doing good owning 30 firearms, 8 of them transferable machine guns.
You can forget the $250,000.00 in fines unless you postpone sentencing long enough to steal that much in additional guns, but hold him a jail cell. By the way, this will by no means be his first trial on similar charges.
This guy is a real piece of work-
