We have us a horserace for Chancellor in Hinds County.
Attorney Bridgette Clayton qualified to run against incumbent Chancellor Tametrice Hodges in District 5-3. It is no surprise Judge Hodges drew an opponent as her tenure has been filled with turmoil, controversy, and drama.

The profession is doomed.
A Hinds CountyJudge in turmoil? Say it ain't so!
She treats everyone aweful.
This will be a huge relief and big step in the right direction for Hinds County Chancery! Attorney Clayton is experienced, qualified and certainly caring. The majority of the litigants, witnesses, and practitioners welcome this much needed change in Hinds Chancery.
"turmoil, controversy, and drama"
That pretty well sums up Judge Hodges. You could throw in "arbitrary and combative."
Hehe, you used the word races
Hodges is a fine example of what not giving a damn really is!
What a choice. Only in Hinds County!
A few friends and I have been working with Bridgette to convince her to run for Chancellor. She will be an excellent Chancellor for Hinds County. Her election will give us 4 experienced Chancery practice judges. Currently we have 3 Chancellors who know what they are doing and they are accessible.
Judge Hodges is known around the courthouse as Horrible Hodges. She married her co-worker who she treats like a little boy in the public.
5:15 Three? You obviously don't practice in Chancery. More like two.
Praise the Lord.
Hope Hodges is defeated
