I think this has been taken out of context by "Jack". I had a director that would cut us loose half days sometimes, and he always made some silly, joking (JOKING, JACK) reason to do it to be funny. I think once he said "Due to the unexpected outage of the freight elevator, you can all leave at noon today. We never used nor gave two shits about the freight elevator.

What's the over/under that this goofy engagement won' last six months ?

Millions fell for this. Which is a sad statement of society today. We as a society actually believed that a professor would cancel class for a celebrity event. It didn't shock anyone, but was taken more of "yep, that about figures". And for those of you who will say you knew this was a troll job the first time you saw it, I will say you are a liar. But you will be totally disingenuous and use it to talk smack to KF and others. I'm already seeing it. Nothing like hindsight to prove you're better than others.
