Madison County deputies arrested two Scott County men after a long chase from Pelahatchie yesterday.
Timothy Sharpe and Adam Westerfield allegedly stole a car in Scott County yesterday. Not content with a little bit of thievery, they allegedly engaged in a bit of shooting of the drive-by variety in Pelahatchie afterwards. Law enforcement pursued the pair all the way to Madison County. The chase ended at Pisgah Bottom Road by some woods. Deputies apprehended one suspect but another one managed to elude capture for several hours. Fortunately, our boys got him.
Sharpe was charged with taking away a vehicle and fleeing a law enforcement officer while Westerfield was charged with aggravated assault, fleeing/resisting arrest, and a controlled substance violation. Both suspects are white males.

Crackers can be thugs too. Glad the Madison County SO was able to apprehend their sorry asses!!
Probably of the Crystal Methodist religion.
8:31 made me spit coffee on my desk.
And I appreciate it.
Prototypical chicken house workers. Bet there's a few half buried tires in their yard back at the trailer park.
Per Westerfield's Facebook, it appears that Westerfield recently was released from some type of incarceration in February. One of the comments is "stay out this time"
Thats so methed up
Nothing says loser like a neck tatt.....
Throw away the key, you cannot reform those guys.
Yep; Crystal Cathedral Methodists for sure.
But...'The taking away of an automobile'? Whatever happened to 'theft'.
First time I have seen the race of a person given. Wonder why that was?
Poster children for recidivism.
They will be in and out of jail until they OD or make the wrong enemy.
This is a lifestyle choice that is easily recognized via neck tattoos.
Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do. . .?
Just two good ole boys, never meaning no harm, beats all I ever saw been in trouble with the law since the day they were born . . .
Predictably light on the comments.
Site was having a problem with mug shots. So I included the race because you know, more than one person would've asked and of course if white, I would've been accused of hiding that fact so I just included it in the story. I managed to get the mug shots and posted them later.
What a rare and refreshing change.
Hey y’all lay off him. He’s got “Loyalty” 😂
Neck tattoos are never a sign of good character.
KF, you have still scooped WLBT as of their noon broadcast today. They still don't know who was arrested nor what are the charges. Amateurs.
They look like they are from Scott County
"Taking away a vehicle"???
I'd love to see the statute that uses that specific wording.
The feller on the top doesn't look to have lived up to his name. The neck-tatted dude on the bottom is destined to live in jail. His neck ink indicates he's likely to make poor choices the rest of his life.
10:25. They should on all postings.

Cut Kingfish some slack, here. He has these (rare) days, you know, when he feels an obligation to pander to the black neighborhood. He wants to appear fair and balanced.
He dreams of being on a federal-case witness-stand, defending the blog against charges of racism, favoritism and bias.
