Brilliant PR.
..So Putin has assets in the State of Mississippi?..
Laugh now
There will be an MDL set up and this will
Be included in it.
What are his actual damages?
Don’t know….no more Russian lady friend visits?
Interesting. Has this ever been attempted before?
Waste of a filing fee and the court’s resources. Cheap publicity though, I suppose.
What'a the latest on the AG's China lawsuit.
Will this impact my Russian mail-order bride request?
AG can’t get a process server to find Xi to serve up the frivolous lawsuit….she got another 6 months to try to serve papers on China.
Yes she voted to overturn American democracy but can serve a complaint.
She’s not only traitorously ignorant but ineffective as well.
We need a picture of her running around in her black Tahoe with her male entourage wearing her badge around her neck just above her Pearl necklace
This is the worst complaint I have ever seen, and, in David's mind, it is "brilliant."
If this shuts down Russian porn, I'm gonna be pissed.
Hes just messing around. Doesn't need publicity, as 'whore of the court' has paid well over the years.
Zzzzz...
What a waste of $161.00
And now you know why everyone hates lawyers. Futile lawsuits that tie up courts for years with absolutely no chance of a positive outcome are why lawyers are rated just one step below getting a root canal! Until of course…… you need one.
What a fool!
Proves ya don't have to be That smart to be a Dr. Or lawyer. IF, he were any good, he would practice medicine
You know, there's a reason David is not practicing medicine anymore
Personal jurisdiction?
Subject-matter jurisdiction?
How you gonna get him served?
This will be almost as effective as Marjorie Taylor Greene's resolution to impeach Joe Biden, which she introduced 1/3/21.
Don’t judge all lawyers by this foolishness. And don’t go to David for a will or an appendectomy.
Is he still licensed to practice medicine?
This is real journalism right here, let me tell you.
Yawn.
An alleged lawyer who represents himself has an alleged fool for a client.
@12:16 - don't forget about standing.
I am pretty sure Putin will settle this “out of court”.
Will he be suing the Chicoms next?
This will be about ass effective as the survivors of 9/11 suing the Saudi’s after congress overrode Obama’s veto of the JASTA law that allows Americans to sue foreign entities responsible for terrorism.
All this time I was certain AG Fitch had the only copy of "Pretend Barrister's Guide to International Torts."
He's a physician and an attorney, so he must have a huge eg- uh, he must be really smart.
Seriously though, this complaint screams out for sanctions. If the judge doesn't sanction this joker, he's making a mockery of his own courtroom.
@4:56
Speaking of Saudi Arabia. Nobody gave a damn when the Saudi Army invaded Yemen and the UN just issued a declaration of Humanitarian Crisis in Yemen due to widespread starvation.
His brother Phillip is a doctor and lawyer. Is David also a doctor?
I guess he'll save $3-4 billion in legal fees by representing himself.
Yes, David is a doctor, a lawyer, and a mule whisperer. He may be many other things, but stupid is not among them.
This whole thing is lamer than lame
Sonny would either hide in shame or change his name.
He did the best he could but ain't to blame.
It's all just part of the parenting game.
Ummmmmmm,okie doke.
Well at least MDOT no longer has to worry & fly helicopters looking for missing Russian oil tankers like they did when Butch Brown was Ex.Director. Lol
Is he going to donate any money should he win this case to the victims of Ukraine? Asking for a friend seriously that would be wonderful!
Attn 1:13 This is just a guess, but I assume you did not attend law school.
