A carjacking did not turn out to well for the carjacker. Good kid.
Tulsa Police Department statement:
KIDNAPPING ARREST -- Woman steals a car with a 13-year-old inside.
On 3/3/2022 around 4:45 a.m., Officers were called to 4800 S. Darlington Ave. for a child abduction. A woman said her Nissan was stolen from the parking lot with her 13-year-old son sleeping in the front seat of the car.
Shortly after, the woman's son called her on his cell phone and said the car was stopped near 37th and Yale Ave.
The 13-year-old said he woke up when the suspect, Koleasha Pruitt, hit a curb, and he realized the woman driving was not his mother.
The 13-year-old punched Pruitt several times in the face to get her to stop the car. When Pruitt got out, the 13-year-old locked the doors and called for help. Pruitt threatened to taser the 13-year-old several times, but she was locked out.
Officers arrived and arrested Pruitt. She's booked into the Tulsa County Jail for:
- Kidnaping AFCF (After Former Conviction of a Felony)
- Possession of a Stolen Vehicle AFCF
- Obstruction/Interfering with an Officer
This is an arrest, not a conviction.

She is probably out on the streets again.
He would have been justified in capping her ass. That's about the only thing that these thugs/thugettes understand.
Likley just a day in the life....the carjacker will be released using Biden Bucks or Kamala Cash.
Let me get this right. The "alleged" perpetrator stuck around the car she was locked out of...until the cops arrived? I think we have a Darwin award nominee on our hands.
Good for him!
He should’ve placed her in one of those military-trained neck locks and used his body weight against her body until he snapped her neck.

Nah, son. Don’t encourage him to commit murder. A wise man once told
Me that, once you commit murder, you’ll experience dreams where you see the victims in your sleep. Don’t wish that on a child.
Interesting city PD logo on cruiser door. Not quite as cool as JPD color scheme, but...
