In September 2020, January Littlejohn went to pick up her 13-year-old daughter from middle school. Littlejohn is a stay-at-home mother to three children and a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. So when her daughter informed her that the school administration had begun encouraging her to identify as transgender, Littlejohn was shocked.
Littlejohn's daughter told her that school administrators had asked her about changing her name, which restroom she wished to use, and whether she wanted to sleep with boys or girls on school trips. According to the district, parents were to be cut out of the loop unless the 13-year-old gave her consent to their involvement; the district stated that "outing a student, especially to parents, can be very dangerous to the student's health and well-being."
So, to be clear, the school would have had to phone Littlejohn for permission to administer an Advil; presumably if Littlejohn's daughter had been suffering from depression or anxiety in school, parents would have been notified as well. But the school purposefully avoided telling Littlejohn about her daughter considering whether she was a boy or a girl, and all the attendant acts toward social transition -- all of which is often followed by hormone replacement or surgery. The school not only felt no duty to keep Littlejohn in the loop, but they also treated Littlejohn as an enemy to her own child.
This, indeed, is the mentality of an enormous swath of the social Left these days. Florida is now considering a bill, the Parental Rights in Education bill, that would restrict primary schools from indoctrinating children on matters of sexual orientation or gender identity and would require schools to inform parents about minors who begin identifying as LGBTQ in school. None of this should be controversial: Parents have always been and will always be the adults with the most stake in their children. It is parents who care most about their children, not school administrators; it is parents who shape the values and choices of their children.
But that's precisely what the Left hates. To the Left, parents are the enemy. Without any evidence of abuse -- or even any allegations of abuse -- the Left now states that forcing schools to provide transparency to parents about their children is a form of abuse. As California Gov. Gavin Newsom put it, telling schools to keep parents in the loop is "nothing short of a state-sponsored intimidation of LGBTQ children. It will put kids -- who are already navigating stress -- in physical and psychological danger."
The Left, instead, wishes to teach its own version of sexual morality and gender identity to small children, without the messy intervention of parents. It is indeed that simple. And, of course, this has an impact. It is designed to have an impact. There is a reason that, according to Gallup, just 0.8% of those born before 1946 identify as LGBT, and that just 2.6% of those born between 1946 and 1964 do -- but that fully 20.8% of all those born between 1997 and 2003 identify as LGBT. That reason is not evolutionary biology making a radical turn, or even additional tolerance for such activity. The reason is that our society has decided that belief in traditional standards with regard to both sex and sexual activity must be fought tooth and nail. Any parent who holds to those standards must be treated as a threat -- not to the children they care about far more than activists do, but to the new standard.
Now, perhaps the new standard is somehow superior to the old. If the Left wishes to make that case, they can certainly do so. But the Left does not have the right to hijack the minds of children and then weaponize them against their parents using public dollars, all the while pretending that such activity is actually altruism on behalf of children. It isn't. It's cruel to children and cruel to parents.

827.03 Abuse, aggravated abuse, and neglect of a child; penalties.—
(1) DEFINITIONS.—As used in this section, the term:
(a) “Aggravated child abuse” occurs when a person:
1. Commits aggravated battery on a child;
2. Willfully tortures, maliciously punishes, or willfully and unlawfully cages a child; or
3. Knowingly or willfully abuses a child and in so doing causes great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement to the child.
(b) “Child abuse” means:
1. Intentional infliction of physical or mental injury upon a child;
2. An intentional act that could reasonably be expected to result in physical or mental injury to a child; or
3. Active encouragement of any person to commit an act that results or could reasonably be expected to result in physical or mental injury to a child.
(c) “Maliciously” means wrongfully, intentionally, and without legal justification or excuse. Maliciousness may be established by circumstances from which one could conclude that a reasonable parent would not have engaged in the damaging acts toward the child for any valid reason and that the primary purpose of the acts was to cause the victim unjustifiable pain or injury.
(d) “Mental injury” means injury to the intellectual or psychological capacity of a child as evidenced by a discernible and substantial impairment in the ability of the child to function within the normal range of performance and behavior as supported by expert testimony.

There have always been people who for whatever reason deviate from the sexual norms. What they do and feel is NOT normal, not in the animal world or the human world. But like all people they desire acceptance. They have found that with the political climate in this country today, i.e. anything goes, they can not only gain acceptance but push for dominance. Dominance is better than just acceptance, and they will have it if they can indoctrinate the next generation. The anything goes left will give them support even if they destroy themselves in the process. THIS IS A BATTLE AGAINST NATURE and such a battle is suicide. We MUST protect our children.

Little Ben left out the part where the child told the parents and they agreed to let them go by a new name at school. Funny how he has to make up crap to really fan the flames of this poor child’s life.
The question becomes: Where does it end? LGBTQ+.... then what's next? Little Johnny thinks he's a girl, if he can be a girl, what else can he be? or it be?Is IT right? I don't even know what to call these people. Who knows. This shit is crazy.

The concept is called the “Overton Window” and even Ben is caught in the trap. He isn’t arguing whether or not this “transgender agenda” should be pushed on our kids. He is simply arguing that parents shouldn’t be cut out of the conversation. The next step is the social acceptance that if prepubescent kids can chose their gender, then they can consent to sex with adults. Kingfish usually censors me at this point. But that is the endgame. Push the Overton Window to point of social acceptance of pedophilia. It’s been the holy grail of the degenerates since the 1920s.

We aren’t close to the end at all. This same shit was pushed on Weimar Germany after the Great War, by the likes of Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld and then Hitler came to power and burned all of his “research” and put him and his followers into concentration camps.

6:47 : Disagree. Humans have as a whole lost our way due to simple evolution. We received certain advancements we were not ready for and that can be proven without even trying. If you are a believer then there is no way you can argue that GOD is pleased. This round of humanity is about to get the biblical re-boot it deserves. It's happened before, the real question is will it be worldwide or just here. But it's coming.
There comes a point of no return and the acceptance of a "trans agenda" is getting there. The teaching of that stuff to children is going past the tipping point. I disagree that they have an end game. God has the end game.

There is a percentage of humanity, probably 15%, who are so angry to be born with bad genes and raised by abusive parenting which warps their character that these few sociopaths vengefully attack normal families where it hurts the most: their children.

Krusatyr just spoke a truth that no one dare talk about. There are literally millions of children born - by no choice of their own - to genetically deficient and poor adults who "wanted to be parents" so these children rationally wish they were never born - as would we. But instead the child abuse begins the first time they're told, "You should be grateful!" This will create socio/psychopaths described lucidly by Doc Holiday when he told Wyatt Earp:
