The Madison County Journal just reported on its Facebook page:
"A circuit judge has ordered a new election in the Canton Ward 1 Democratic primary challenge that Ray Rosemand lost to incumbent Rodriguez Brown by four votes."

Those who screwed up the first one are, as we speak, doubling down.
It was established during the trial that Mr. Brown's Mother called two election workers 'monkeys' was absolutely shocking! And very, very disrespectful to older women, much less any poll worker who is preforming a civic duty! They had gone out to help a voter with curb side voting...Candidate Brown's mother, Mrs. Brown, confronted them, she asked that Candidate Rodriguez Brown to come over and help her take pictures of the car. The man in the car had been driven by Candidate Rosamund's daughter, who drove a car with Jackson County plates. The daughter's husband is active military - Coast Guard, and the Brown's were accosting the workers and the voter because of the car tag. It was a very unsettling testimony.
Good! This is the second time this has happened to Ray. If Andy Taggart hadn't screwed up his election contest 4 years ago, he might have gotten a rematch then.
Ray is a good man. Rodriquez is Ike Brown's nephew. I suspect the Browns will steal the rematch, but at least Ray is making them work for it.
your code is off
Is that the same Ike Brown from the Neshoba County Democratic Pary?
Thank you to 6:30 p.m. Ray is a good man and deserves better than what has happened to him in this circus. I believe, due to the fact that things will be watched a lot closer this time, you will see a fair election process.
Will voter ID be in place? Might make a difference...
Since when are license plates scrutinized at polling places? And if they are, does this mean someone will be photographing government plates such as Head Start Centers and federally funded transportation vans?
Transportation to the polls is NOT part of the mission or approved routing of those vehicles.
