B**** Fight!!

Here is another fracas at the parade last weekend. Nothing like sexual equality as the girls show they can mix it up as well as the guys.

I see Rankin County was well-represented at the parade.

WHAT?! An event populated by drunk pieces of shit and a fight breaks out?? No way!

Awesome. That St. Paddy's parade is a real jewel in Jackson's crown.

It's the perception of fighting that is the problem...

I'm sick of watching people who don't know how to fight and all cops can do is sucker punch drunk kids.

Jackustan needs to put more emphasis on the class of the creative class.

Where is Jerry Springer when you need him?

Roach (4:54 PM), it IS all about the perception! I say, "Let them eat cake!"........

Looks like a freak show came to Jackson???

Inbred white trash.

Maybe the Sweet Potato Queens really did class the place up!

Wait, people fought at a public event where there were thousands of people and alcohol? You are kidding? Right?

SXSW is a great event - I just watched a video of fight that happened there. This isn't that big of a deal. It happens. Our family had a nice time at the parade.

These are the people Malcomb White brings to Jackson with his little green umbrella and dancin' shoes.

BRIGANECK!!!

I'm soooo seeing a reality show premise here..."So You Think You Can Be a Redneck Kung Fu Fighting Real Housewife Kardashian?"

Kingfish said...

After what I read in the UK papers about those sluts, I think mentioning Kardashian on this site may be a bannable offense.

Wonder if anyone pinched big girl for not wearing green?

Anonymous said...

Yet, people continue to push for more sales of alcohol because it will enhance the community.

Big girl putting the hammer-fist down, the white trash force is strong in this one. It's a fun event, not supposed to be Sesame Street, to each his own. Stay home if you don't like it.

4:44 sounds like the typical Jackson apologist. "Get out of town if you don't like what Jackson has become". OK, why not, thousands have. "Don't come to town if you are afraid". OK, millions don't.

appeared to be post parade pre magoo's fun. The walrus not in green was just lovely. I think I recognized everyone from Thedirty.com

What kind of gentleman hits a girl?

Anonymous said...

@8:03, I assumed that was a lesbian. No?

It's heartwarming to see that, despite its past, Jackson has become a place where people of all races are free to act like violent jackasses.

Anonymous said...

it appears all the participants are white folks; and you know, very few white folks live in Jackson. Therefore, these individuals may very well be "visitors" from Madison and/or Rankin County.

I was in New Orleans this Saturday for the Irish Channel parade with thousands more viewers and participants and buckets more alcohol consumed per person, less police presence was noticed...and not one fight was seen on Magazine Street. Alcohol cannot be the only cause of this type behavior. Boredom? Bad "national chain" food?

Kingfish said...

no fights in the channel? Damn. That's saying something.

Does anyone know what Krewe this was? It sounds like this group failed to patrol its own.

Oh, my fellow citizens (and/or adoring Kingfish fans): it's while reading the running commentary on posts like these that we must draw back, and rejoice that there is still humor on this dull sublunary orb.

Delightfully trashy, fat, scantily-clad sluts duking it out is...FUNNY. I see no reason to make this a discussion of Jackson's inevitable down-marketing---it was bound to happen---why can't we all just "get along"??? I betcha good $$ there were some Madison County peeps standing on the sidelines, enjoying it all, wondering nervously, as well they might: "when will this start happening in our sacred precinct?"

Answer: "eventually". This is Mississippi, and you can run, but you cannot hide. Embrace it and laugh!

what am I missing....isn't the person that takes the first swing at the beginning of the clip a dude?

meople said...

i think we are considering said dude to be a bitch for striking a woman

Krewe of Mucho Glazed Donuts.

if it was a man, he needs to go down. if it was a woman, then the dude that threw beer on her needs to go down.

extra points to the lady that kept trying to break the up one-handed while not spilling her drink

Regarding no fights on Magazine Street: horsecrap. Saw one right in front of me, two grown men fighting over beads. Didn't last long, no police involved, but it did happen.

I reckon there might have been more, but folks were too worried about getting hit in the head with cabbage to take time to fight.

If they would schedule the Pelahatchie Muscadine Festival on the same day as Mal's Parade we would not have these issues. All the clowns, knuckle draggers, mouth breathers and others with 81 IQs would stay home in Pelahatchie, stomp grapes and give the finger to the freight train passing through. It's all about planning. Axe Ben.

So when are we going to see video footage of the 12 person fight that happened at old trace park in Madison County on St. Patty's Day. Why does Jackson have to have all the fun with the negative coverage in this instance where the same thing has occurred in other parts of the metro area as well.

35-50 year old lesbians from Pelahatchie duking it out over a sweet-thang is NOT a video of white youth fighting. Get a grip, Kingfisher.

Trollfest '09

Trollfest '07 was such a success that Jackson Jambalaya will once again host Trollfest '09. Catch this great event which will leave NE Jackson & Fondren in flames. Othor Cain and his band, The Black Power Structure headline the night while Sonjay Poontang returns for an encore performance. Former Frank Melton bodyguard Marcus Wright makes his premier appearance at Trollfest singing "I'm a Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Kamikaze will sing his new hit, “How I sold out to da Man.” Robbie Bell again performs: “Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Bells” and “Any friend of Ed Peters is a friend of mine”. After the show, Ms. Bell will autograph copies of her mug shot photos. In a salute to “Dancing with the Stars”, Ms. Bell and Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith will dance the Wango Tango.

Wrestling returns, except this time it will be a Battle Royal with Othor Cain, Ben Allen, Kim Wade, Haley Fisackerly, Alan Lange, and “Big Cat” Donna Ladd all in the ring at the same time. The Battle Royal will be in a steel cage, no time limit, no referee, and the losers must leave town. Marshand Crisler will be the honorary referee (as it gives him a title without actually having to do anything).

Meet KIM Waaaaaade at the Entergy Tent. For five pesos, Kim will sell you a chance to win a deed to a crack house on Ridgeway Street stuffed in the Howard Industries pinata. Don't worry if the pinata is beaten to shreds, as Mr. Wade has Jose, Emmanuel, and Carlos, all illegal immigrants, available as replacements for the it. Upon leaving the Entergy tent, fig leaves will be available in case Entergy literally takes everything you have as part of its Trollfest ticket price adjustment charge.

Donna Ladd of The Jackson Free Press will give several classes on learning how to write. Smearing, writing without factchecking, and reporting only one side of a story will be covered. A donation to pay their taxes will be accepted and she will be signing copies of their former federal tax liens. Ms. Ladd will give a dramatic reading of her two award-winning essays (They received The Jackson Free Press "Best Of" awards.) "Why everything is always about me" and "Why I cover murders better than anyone else in Jackson".

In the spirit of helping those who are less fortunate, Trollfest '09 adopts a cause for which a portion of the proceeds and donations will be donated: Keeping Frank Melton in his home. The “Keep Frank Melton From Being Homeless” booth will sell chances for five dollars to pin the tail on the jackass. John Reeves has graciously volunteered to be the jackass for this honorable excursion into saving Frank's ass. What's an ass between two friends after all? If Mr. Reeves is unable to um, perform, Speaker Billy McCoy has also volunteered as when the word “jackass” was mentioned he immediately ran as fast as he could to sign up.

In order to help clean up the legal profession, Adam Kilgore of the Mississippi Bar will be giving away free, round-trip plane tickets to the North Pole where they keep their bar complaint forms (which are NOT available online). If you don't want to go to the North Pole, you can enjoy Brant Brantley's (of the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance) free guided tours of the quicksand field over by High Street where all complaints against judges disappear. If for some reason you are unable to control yourself, never fear; Judge Houston Patton will operate his jail where no lawyers are needed or allowed as you just sit there for minutes... hours.... months...years until he decides he is tired of you sitting in his jail. Do not think Judge Patton is a bad judge however as he plans to serve free Mad Dog 20/20 to all inmates.

Trollfest '09 is a pet-friendly event as well. Feel free to bring your dog with you and do not worry if your pet gets hungry, as employees of the Jackson Zoo will be on hand to provide some of their animals as food when it gets to be feeding time for your little loved one.

Relax at the Fox News Tent. Since there are only three blonde reporters in Jackson (being blonde is a requirement for working at Fox News), Megan and Kathryn from WAPT and Wendy from WLBT will be on loan to Fox. To gain admittance to the VIP section, bring either your Republican Party ID card or a Rebel Flag. Bringing both and a torn-up Obama yard sign will entitle you to free drinks served by Megan, Wendy, and Kathryn. Get your tickets now. Since this is an event for trolls, no ID is required. Just bring the hate. Bring the family, Trollfest '09 is for EVERYONE!!!

This is definitely a Beaver production.
