Security at the Sleepy Hollow home of Leigh Bridges just got much cheaper.
The National Credit Union Administration Board attempted to get a trusteeship over the home in federal court. Bridges is the former CEO of the Jackson Area Federal Credit Union. She and her husband stand accused of embezzling tens of millions of dollars from the credit union. National sued the couple in U.S. District Court in May.
U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan, III froze all assets, including the Bridges' Sleepy Hollow home in Eastover. The home is worth over $2 million. The Bridges moved out of the home at the plaintiff's request. However, the Bridges did not provide the security codes and Ring camera access to National.
National obtained insurance on the home through Lloyd's of London. The insurer required National to have 24/7 on-site security. The plaintiff stated in court filings it was paying $3,600 a day for security and spent $225,000 on the service as of August 20. The Bridges protested in court, calling the expense wasteful.
The National Credit Union Administration Board notified the Court today it obtained security service for the home at a much cheaper rate of $600 per day ($25/hr).
It was a rather curious expense as the funds were being paid by the credit union. The Jackson Area Federal Credit Union reported a $103 million loss in July. The embezzlement played no small part in the loss.

Just add the security charge to what the bridges already owe
They went from Jason Bourne to Paul Blart
That means the security guard is making like $15 an hour with no benefits. I wouldn't get out of bed for that low of pay.
I'd be curious to see who or what company was originally getting paid to do the security work.
Who made the decision to pay $3,600 per day ($150 per hour) for security? That was a poor decision in my opinion. Now all of the sudden they have been able to get it for $600 ($25 per hour). 🤷
Socrates Security LLC
But is the AC working and running?
Are the purses on sale yet?
I agree
The first security company was Socrates Security Specialist,LLC.
Now they have Chokwe’s Grifting, Bribery, Plumbing, and Security, PLLC.
I suspect what happened is National Credit Union bunch hired a national company which has national prices. Then after being challenged or seeing the bill, National Credit Union bunch started looking locally.
I have missed this info along the way. Who says this house will sell for over $2 million?
