"Due process of the law" comes AFTER an arrest, not prior to an arrest.

If you are I surrounded an FBI agent and started threatening him, what would happen? Walz and Frey have encouraged this behavior. Some elected officials participated in a Signal group that focused on harassing federal agents. All they have to do is agree to honor detainers when they arrest illegal aliens for crimes. That's it.

Should Pretti been shot? No. He was disarmed. It's a bad shoot and the agents are under investigation. If you can't beat a suspect after he is in handcuffs, you damn sure can't shoot someone you already disarmed. The other woman accelerated towards the agent.

It's like this. A woman who goes out provocatively dressed in the wrong part of town at 3 AM doesn't deserve to be raped.
