October 7 was the worst day for Jews since the Holocaust as Hamas butchered over 1,200 people and wounded thousands more. What stood out was the sheer savagery of Hamas as they massacred men, women, and children. Scores of women were raped and mutilated. Victims and corpses were paraded naked in the streets. A true day of horror. However, such should not be forgotten as time passes.
Former Facebook executive Sheryl Sandberg produced Screams before Silence, an hour-long program about October 7. Rape victims, first responders, and former hostages tell their stories of how Hamas made Jewish women their sexual toys, often before killing them. The video is posted below and is well worth the watch.

Read Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28 regarding the 5 courses of judgement for Israel because of its disobedience to God. Hosea 5:15 provides God's conditions for his reconciling with Israel. Read Romans 9 through 11 regarding Israel's current status. I doubt Kingfish has done any of this, but what do you expect of someone who thinks Frank Pollard sermons are state of the art Christianity. Most Mississippi probably agrees with Kingfish which is why we elect mediocrities like Roger Wicker and Michael Guest.

How can this be? Liberals in blue cities and college campuses this week have been telling me that this didn’t happen and that Jews are evil. Why are liberals so intolerant and bigoted? Ok. I just watched this entire thing. I’m pro Israel and really don’t care if they kill Palestinians. That being said I don’t believe most of this film. Only one person interviewed was forced to give a bj. While she was a hostage. The rest of the “evidence” is angry Israeli citizens saying they saw, heard or were told about sexual violence. Some had alleged pictures in their phones but of course the film didn’t show them. I just find it really hard to believe during an attack, hostage taking and subsequent retreat with hostages in tow that one, or many, would have the time, will, or desire to commit a rape in the open. Hostages? Yeah they are getting raped. Even without rapes I hope Israel turns Gaza into a parking lot.

Israel has completely sucked at the PR war. An area, make no mistake, Hamas excels. Should've opened the casket and displayed some of the video and pictures, no matter how horrific, a long time ago.
As a nonbeliever, why should I concern myself with a regional conflict thousands of miles away? And, if the primary justification for our support of Israel is religious zeal, is that justification enough (are we not a secular democracy)?
Israel has done more to limit civilian casualties than any army involved in urban warfare, especially considering the deliberate efforts of Hamas to expose civilians to danger. Is Israel perfect? No. But Hamas has no actual interest in civilians. They have stolen billions meant for economic development to build military tunnels and acquire weapons. Civilians are simply fodder to them to advance their PR campaign, that’s all.
War is hell and innocent deaths are tragic. But for perspective, keep in mind that our Air Force killed 100s of thousands of civilians in WWII in Europe and Japan.
Palestinians are taught from day 1 to hate Jews, Israel, and The Great Satan (US/Americans).

Sadly, those courses became the tragic story of Israel’s history – defeat, deprivation, exile, desolation, and disease - all too often have marked the history of the Jewish people.
The recent clashes are nothing new - except for people who don't know history.
Fifty years ago students protested, sometimes violently, and I remember the fierce anger of my father toward the protesters. “They ought to pop every one of them across the bridge of their nose with that stick. That’d stop this 5hi+,” he’d say, pounding with his fist the armrest of his recliner as he watched the evening news. His wasn’t an uncommon sentiment, I recall.
Within 20 years of that, most everyone admitted that Vietnam was a stupid, pointless war that should’ve been stopped long before, that the protesters were right in their opposition.
And so it will be again. Within 20 years, if you live that long, you’ll have gathered more information, you’ll judiciously evaluate that information, and you’ll agree, the killing should have been stopped long, long before and those protesters were right and you were wrong.

After 1947, when war was made on Israel by its Arab neighbors, a lot of Arabs abandoned their property at the direction of those Arab aggressor countries, not because they were forced to leave by Israeli forces. Many stayed and still own land and have full citizenship in Israel. Many people don’t actually understand the history either of American or Israel.

Most people do not understand what the word WAR means. Some think they can make rules for a war like it is some kind of kids game. If any country decides they just have to declare war with another country they should try their best to destroy any citizen of that country, no matter the sex or age. If they are not willing to do that they should not declare war. Or maybe we could just let the presidents of each country have a cage match.

50+ years ago, American students protested their own government against being forced to go fight a war they didn’t believe in.

Students protested then, and students are protesting now. The similarities end there.
Right now the U.S. is paying money to both sides of the war. We are using money we do not have but are borrowing from others to pay both sides. That does not sound like a very good idea. At least we could pick one side and quit paying the other.
Not a single Middle East country will allow Palestinians to immigrate. NOT ONE.
Why? Because they are terrorists and these countries don't want terrorists.
