A Brandon TikTok'er committed suicide recently. Bobby Moudy may be gone but his death wreacks even more havoc upon his family. TMZ reported:
Bobby Moudy, the father of 3 who gained TikTok fame by posting wholesome content with his family, has died ... TMZ has learned. Moudy's family writes, "Bobby was a loving father, husband, brother and friend. On April 28th, he was a tragic victim of suicide. Bobby was full of life and laughs, but also weighed down by financial pressures. His wife, Jennifer and their three children are in an emotional and financial crisis as he was their rock." The circumstances surrounding Moudy's suicide are currently unclear, but we know he died at home in Mississippi. If you were one of the more than 500k followers of the Moudy family accounts, you know Moudy posted a ton of videos of his wife and kids, often using humor to share his life as a dad.Article.
A family friend told JJ Moudy left his family in a world of financially devastation. Moudy had no life insurance and his wife is unable to work. Unknown to his family, their home was sold in a foreclosure auction. Someone showed up at his house the day before he took his life and said he was the new owner of the home. Of course, the deceased had not told his family about his troubles.
The buyer gave the family two months to stay in the home and buy it for what he paid for it ($315,000) if they can. Feel free to chip in if you want to help.
