An old brawler from way back.
I know him. He’s always talking about his son and things they do together.
LOL... ol' Philip. I'm surprised he is still alive and not in jail. Same POS he always was.
Yeah, he sounds like a real tough guy/winner roughing up his own son.
Yeah, he dates back 30 yrs of violence, history of domestics between he and his ex's, family, wives and now this.
Old Tough Man Contestant in 1995 at the old Rodeos, had his ass handed to him, by a real tough guy.
Shit happens.
I seem to remember him getting into a fight with the Ridgeland Police at the Dock one night in about 1991 or so.
It’s funny how all you are anonymously talking shit about how tough he isn’t. When he is obviously tough enough that you are too scared of him to include your name! 🤣 😂
Is he related to THE Crechale family?
He is a fighter from way back. His family were brawlers but I know he loves his son. Another case where alcohol most likely made things go off the rails. Just like the incident in Oxford if they were not drunk then the incident probably would not have happened. I am sorry for his son but also for Phillip. Hopefully he will get help.
Who gets drunk and tries to strangle their son? What a thug. Rot in jail then hell loser.
Why is his address listed a storage facility? Is he homeless?
My prayers for Phillip, his son, and all the family. I love those folks, the whole danged family.
And no, there is no such thing as a Crechale that is NOT tough as nails.
9:44: I respect toughness. I do not respect violent, antisocial alcoholics who refuse to grow up. There is a huge difference between the two. (not saying this guys is in the latter category - just making a point).
Ha, a Niknar resident trying to revive his high school football failures through his kid.
9:44, remember when you point a finger there’s always three fingers pointing back at you.
It'll go away soon. Nothing to worry about.
@10:28 - are all the Crechales drunks who beat up children? He sounds like a pussy to me.
And your name 9:44.
Worst part is the courts put up no contact orders with bond. Causing families to be separated.
@11:22, I have no idea what happened to cause this situation, so I can't comment on that. I have been friends with all the Crechale men for years, except Bobby, I don't know him, and can say that in my experience, they are great guys. This incident sounds bad, but I don't know any details beyond what Kingfish posted.
I can assure you that the way you describe Phillip is untrue and I know that Phillip loves his son.
You people need to let up. I love my son just as much as Phillip if not more. You would know this by the number of times I have kicked his ass and strangled him to show my love. Only dads with sons would understand this. Boys appreciate getting the **** kicked out of them by their dads and it makes them feel loved.
Real men don’t beat up children. Thanks goodness the son had the courage to tell the police what this monster did. He is 10 times the man his dad will ever be. If this thug was a friend of mine, I’d call the family and find out what they need to get away from this asshole. Hopefully he gets to spend several years in the state’s custody and his family can use that time to find peace and a fresh start without having to worry about violent temper tantrums from a drunk.
So, a 15 year old gets beaten and strangled by his drunk father over a football game, and several people chime in with comments about what a badass the father is and how much he loves his son.
No wonder domestic violence is a problem.
Both the father and the son will tell the court (or other authorities) that they were rough-housing, involved in consensual wrestling around on the floor and no harm was meant or intended. Mom over-reacted and she'll admit that to the court (or other authorities).
By the way, these jerks (or is it just ONE jerk posting multiple times) who are suggesting posters should use their names and are asking posters 'what's your name' are suggesting if their identity were known, this Crechale man or somebody else would should up and whip their asses. Then they talk about what a swell fellow he is.
Whole situation is about a man teaching him boy to be a man.
9:04 PM, if that is your REAL name, Kingfish has always allowed anonymous comments and there is rarely a serious post where someone doesn't call out people for posting anonymously. In case you didn't notice, the vast majority of commenters on this blog are anonymous because a good portion of them are attorneys or politicians that would get chastised for commenting on certain topics.
9:36, You mean the type of man that gets drunk and beats his family.
Society sickens me today. This man strangled his son and there’s this many pieces of crap defending him. Humanity is lost, this boy is still a child
In domestic abuse if you’re choked and/or strangled the chances of being killed by the abuser (whether it’s spouse on spouse or parent on child) goes up 70%…
And some of you are defending this.. disgusting.
