I lost a brother after he took a government vaccination. My wife nearly died after taking the government vaccination. Several friends and one close neighbor (who had to have heart surgery) nearly died after taking the Covid government vaccine. I have refused it and will continue to do so.
And New York City was just ordered by the Supreme Court to rehire and issue back pay to all its workers that refused the government vaccine.

Good for you. Two under 40 year olds at my office in the area spent a week in the hospital after having a myocarditis episode. Luckily, they survived, but by all means keep getting your quarterly shot for the rest of your life. I hear Pfizer is getting ready to announce a subscription plan.

Over 300 of my aunts died within 2 minutes of receiving the clot shot. My 8 year old sister was changed to a Navy SEAL. And my brother in law fell up a cliff and his credit cards were demagnetized. It's that bad.

I got this vaccine just over a month ago before a trip. It did the trick for me as my wife came back with Covid and I did not. It’s unfortunate that vaccines are now viewed as a political issue. Some people just have to take sides on everything. We may not have long term studies on these yet, but we also don’t have long term studies on the effects of multiple Covid infections, so I choose to do what I can to avoid getting sick. I will always trust the doctors over politicians and social influencers.

@2:31 - 3 people I know who were all under 50 have died from Covid. It is not a joke or a made up disease, it has literally killed millions of people. As the least healthy state in the country, it’s clear to me that ignorance has played a significant role in that status.

Novavax has now been approved for use as a booster for adults. I had the Novavax primary series in August. Husband (4 MrNA shots, most recent in June of this year) caught Covid in mid-September. Did not get me although we were vacationing in the same hotel room (nowhere to hide). No side effects except a little headache-y.

Can you believe there are doctors still pushing this, and on children? There’s no arguing that this shot doesn’t reduce contracting or spreading the virus, that’s fact. It *might* cut down on severe symptoms if recently taken. All for an illness with a much lower fatality rate than seasonal influenza. With children the fatality rate is one in the hundreds of thousands. Yet they are pushing this on children, of which boys (mostly) and girls are at serious risk for permanent heart damage. I won’t even discuss this with pediatrician friends for fear that I’ll throw facts in there face and make them look stupid, damaging decade long relationships. But then again I’ve pretty much severed those ties anyway due to their greed of money. Then you have the auto-immune disorders surging across the globe to worry about, and that pesky newly termed “sudden adult death syndrome”.

Can you believe that we have reached a point in society where we will do things like wearing ineffective face cloths to “be the better person”, not let your grandchildren visit because they haven’t taken a shot that wouldn’t stop transfer even if they had taken it, people can’t get life saving organ transplants because they haven’t taken a shot they don’t need, and people willfully let their kids fall behind in school to keep from catching something that wasn’t going to hurt them anyway? I get the first few weeks of this ordeal, we were all scared. Now we have facts. I still haven’t caught Covid that I know of, and it may kill me next week. But I’m in an age group with a 0.035% chance of dying from it, so I’d rather take my chances with Covid instead of my chances of heart damage from spike proteins that don’t leave the body like they were originally said to. By all means, take the shot if you have co-morbidities. Take the shot if you’ve actually researched something other than what’s been spoon fed to you. It’s your choice. But for God’s sake, don’t act like the kids need this poison injection. Money makes people do crazy things.

@535, I don't think they (or my earlier comment) was equating the two. But I was equating medical breakthroughs - polio vaccine, smallpox vaccine, DPT, and many others. At the time they brought out the polio sugar cubes, nobody had assurances of anything, other than the trials that had been done to come up with a fight against a dreaded disease. (Prior to the sugar cubes, public swimming pools were being shut down, people were afraid to go into areas where it was 'thought' the disease could spread. It was similar to the TB concerns of the day - many of which have been debunked over time when more came to be known about both diseases.)

Medicine is not anything of an exact science as evidently some would believe. But what it is not - is a political football, which is what many seem to believe.

Then they said that the vaccines would make the symptoms less severe and keep you out of the hospital. However, that was a lie too.

Question for the pro vaxxers: what’s the most annoying part of any pharma commercial on TV? Obviously it’s that the last third of the commercial goes over the 127 possible disgusting side effects of that med. When you see a commercial about covid vax, how many side effects do they mention?? If you can’t remember, the answer is zero. Curious? Probably not since you don’t care to research. The reason that they don’t have to, is because none of the vaccines in the good old honest USA are FDA approved (without being under the Emergency Use Authorization). Sure, Comirnaty has full FDA approval, (and is supposedly the same as the Pfizer shot but legally distinct), but tell me where in this country you can get it. You can’t. No FDA approval, no need to list the possible side effects, because the manufacturing companies can’t be held liable anyway. And get this, this latest shot was only tested on a few mice before being given the green light. If your not at least curious, well, I bet you still wear a mask.

I am well aware of the horror of the polio era, because I lived through part of it. You neglected to mention the length of time the polio vaccine was tested before it was approved, unlike the experimental shot posing as a vaccine.

As far as medicine being politicized, if you haven't noticed, everything has been poisoned by politics.

No scare tactics were needed to promote the polio vaccine. There was/is a full court press to promote Covid-19, and the fake vaccine, even though it was/is well-known that the fake vaccine doesn't/don't stop the spread of the super cold.

Yet, people, like myself, and others were attacked relentlessly from every direction. I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. No one had to badger people in to taking the polio vaccine, we lined up willingly. The difference in the two events are a stark contrast.
