Collection of all posts on the Frazier case
U.S. Magistrate Judge Keith Ball appointed public defender Keith Drew to represent Claiborne Frazier. A federal grand jury indicted Mr. Frazier for attempt and conspiracy to commit fraud. Attorney John Collette represents Austin Frazier, while Merrida Coxwell represents Spencer Copeland. The order as well as the conditions of Mr. Frazier's bond are posted below.
KF note: no surprise when these guys have stiffed so many attorneys in town on legal fees.

Such a sad story...how this entire family went from the toast of the town to the bottom of the barrel. Even the Miskelly model from Pearl MS ran from them in the end.
agreed. sad that they are lying cheating POS thieves.
So now Claiborne can't afford a lawyer? Or will nobody agree to represent him? I thought he was hiring Cynthia Speetjen...
Or maybe he's just planning to plead guilty to all charges and fall upon the mercy of the court...
....Um when were they the "toast of the town". except to themselves maybe

I do hope the Honorable judge reads the history here upon JJ. It is a fine public discourse of what the Feds so fondly miss out upon.
What happened to Speetjen?
She was last seen leaving the courthouse. He chased her but she never even broke stride. Why she would not represent him is anyone's guess. Here is a comment someone submitted for this post under anonymous:
"Thank you xxxxxx for giving us such great spectacle. You have successfully created the new coliseum for us to watch the wholesale destruction of people's lives. Truly you are a great among greats. Your website is rich entertainment. Thanks so much"
what has happened to Claiborne now?
