The sentence for Attempted Capital Murder should be the same as Capital Murder. The knuckleheads should not get to continue wasting oxygen just because they are a bad shot.
Deputy is paralyzed from the waist down. Terrible. Is that wood chipper still available?
That is absolutely heart breaking for that young deputy and his family.
The feral thug society seems to have truly reached a peak.
