This is why I avoid eating out.
12:12, we really missed you at Galatoire's yesterday. Thank you for staying home and staying safe.
Plato Feliz 2 Bar & Grill - The rodents are the protein on the menu.
Is a "certified manager" some thing new in the requirements?
Just gubmint red tape. They should be able to serve food with roaches and fake fish if they want! MURICA
Just what is a Certified Manager? Is that like my previously certified crazy ass girlfriend, or somewhat along those lines.
1:06 -- No, this is not new. Requires a manager on duty to have passed a nationally recognized food safety exam. Most use the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe class and exam. It has been a Mississippi requirement since about 1999.
And you know what's not on there?
Waffle House.
God Bless America!
12:12, which did you enjoy more, the roaches, hazardous RTE foods, unwashed hands, and no gloves found there in 2023 ; or the utensils or stored properly 2/52026 or….? But hey the roaches probably wore a OM pledge blazer right?
At least the roaches are domestic and not imported.
