Update: The Magee Police Department issued the following statement.
The Magee Police Department is aware of the video circulating involving a female inside Walmart in Magee damaging property with a bat. That individual is now in custody and will be charged accordingly. I would like to thank the citizens who called our department, our officers, and the Simpson County Sheriff’s Office for responding promptly and assisting in taking her into custody without further incident.

The bad part is people just stood there watching her destroy property that was not hers.
what ya wanna bet he used a baseball bat stolen from the sporting goods section to do that?
I haven't been in a Wal Mart since 2017.
It was bad back then, but it's much worse now.
Some people just ain’t never had a good ole country boy ass whupping…But seriously need one.
Where’s David Attenborough to provide us with commentary for this public display of cultural enrichment?
@4:07 so if some nut is tearing up the property of WALMART you’re going to risk life and limb to stop them?…. For WALMART!! Good luck and god bless you in life. You’ll need it.
The bat-wielding woman must not have noticed the associate was wearing a “Happy To Help” vest.
Lol, I'm not gonna get a cracked skull to save the Walton's China inventory. If he went after a person with the bat would be a different story.
Someone is having a bad day
What set him off?
If people knew WalMart uses facial recognition and track your phone when you enter the store to see where you shop they probably would not shop there, I don’t anymore!
I remember when Wal Mart was a fun place to "people watch".
(Obese barefoot Grandmothers walking around the store in their pajamas and such).
Those days are gone.
She was upset because no one informed her it was pajama night!
How do you know since you, supposedly, haven't been there in 9 years?
Sure, if you stupidly leave your location services enabled wherever you go.
Were they arrested?
Where was this Walmart at Richland?
Tazer would work nice in this situation
Walmart in Magee. Magee Police issued a statement on their Facebook.
Don't taze me bro'.
WAPT reported this was in Magee.
Magee
Mental illness is prevalent.
She is crazy as a bat and has bats in her belfry.
The struggle is real, even in Magee.
clearly a demonstration against the billionaires only suburb in Magee and it's HOA's restriction of basketball goals!
There is an imbalance of consequences currently. Years ago people knew exactly what would happen to them if they did this, but now too many can get minor punishment or no punishment at all.
The culture
"The bad part is people just stood there watching her destroy property that was not hers."
They called the police, who responded, arrested her, and are charging her.
That's actually the way it's supposed to work.
