Yet another copper thief is going to be staying in jail for a while. Check out this winner:
Smith allegedly stole copper, thus taking down a wide swath of internet service in south Jackson. The Court set his bond at $500,000. Thus, Smith will probably be in jail for awhile unless Judge McDaniels cuts his bond to nothing, which he is known to do.
Smith pleaded guilty to armed robbery in 2002 in Hinds County Circuit Court.
