This video aged really well. Chicago Mercantile Exchange CEO Terry Duffy called out the FTX fraud at a Congressional hearing back in May. He told SBF he was a "fraud" to his face back in May. However, this is Congress where no good deed goes unpunished. Big tech's stooge, Representative Ro Khanna (He is not a Star Wars character)* threatened him with criminal prosecution as he accused him of, get this, lying to Congress. You can't make this up.
Apparently FTX stooge didn't know the difference between capital and margin requirements.
Check out his "I told you so" moment on CNBC a few days ago. It's quite funny and sad at the same time.
* He represents Silicon Valley.

It is so satisfying watching these arrogant frauds being exposed as such
JJ is a place where you can read Zero Hedge’s news from last week, this week!
Turn off the football, midwit!
Like our mayor… most of people elected couldn’t make it in the real world so they now live off tax payers
So how much did FTX give the Congressman in campaign contributions? There Shipley be some interesting hearings after the first of the year.
Serious question, is there a possibility that some of this money is from taxpayers? If that is the case, that would mean the democrats are using taxpayer money to fund their reelection campaigns. That would become interesting if that ends up being the case.
"Mr. Congressman, with all due respect, it is not my fault that you are a dumbass."
[AND] Marijuana is medicine!
Great video! Awesome seeing an adult in the room and a true American call it like it is.
Not many of those around these days.
We as a collective are dumb as f***, electing people like that guy and others to represent us in Congress. Can’t wait for Hershel’s brain trust to get up there.
Did he say 'congressman thompson'..Is the genius Bennie on this committee? Did any of them pressure agencies to let FTX slide? any of them R or D get money from FTX?
ro Khanna sounds about as informed as Lumumba. What a moron
Ro Khanna sounds more like a Bajoran insurgent from Star Trek DS9, than a Star Wars character!
Ro Khanna (D-CA, Yale Law) was clearly riding the gravy train, full speed.
