Was the tester as lazy as the employee that tainted the tainted water in the first place ?

Anybody retrieve the log book with the QC checks that were performed when the chemicals were delivered...?

12:33- you seem to think that tainted water requires an employee to do the wrong thing. Not so.

All tainted water requires is for one or more employees to not do all the right things all the time.

The preceding assumes that all the right employees have been hired and show up as scheduled to do the jobs they have been properly trained to do. This also assumes all the employees have been provided with all the proper supplies, have all the facilities they need and that the facilities are all in proper working order at all times.

@1:03... nothing and no one associated with the government of the City of Jackson MS works correctly or have been trained correctly. Most city employees do nothing all day every day. Hence the trash everywhere. Hence the crime. Hence the white flight. I could go on....

1:03 : Yes ? Lol, 1:37 has it on lock and I will that Many a city employee that really do nothing all day long are nieces, nephews and cousins of donors to those on high. You ain't training them and you sure as hell ain't gonna make them work. Reality is in here somewhere but seems to be going under a rug. Did the employee get fugging fired ?

Let's back up and take a look at the memo. The word 'cautionary' is cleverly inserted to give the pubic (right) the idea the there was never anything of legit concern, and the whole thing is simply an exercise in futility foisted upon the city by white people at the Health Department.

The word Caution should be placed at every possible entrance to the city.
