MISSED A WHOLE 6 VOTING DAYS since being elected IN 2010. Political Spin. Thad can't debate the issues. I wonder what Thad's retirement is going to be like after November?
65-35 TC.
Missed 118 votes in 6 days? Must have been busy days.
The ad about the pro-life bill losing by one vote, a vote he missed, is quite damning.
This campaign has to be a first as Thad is pro-life, pro-extramarital and pro-relationship w/ subordinates.
We rarely see comments enabled on paid advertisements here. Interesting.
@12:35 Most of the votes (approx. 60% were on March 25, 2010.
Pro-Life Bill?
Here's the exact wording of the "bill", which is actually an Amendment: "AMEND on line 26 by inserting "and shall not include abortion counseling"". That sure sounds like it holds a lot of significance.

I thought this site was suppose to be fair and to have placed an advertisement here seems unprofessional.
How am I wrong?
Um, they paid for it just like anyone else can. The McDaniel camp and their PAC allies are free to do so as well.
As for comments. Allowing comments on ads is up to the advertisers. The PAC said to allow them. Bigger Pie and MCPP allow them as well but as a rule, most don't for obvious reasons.

YOU WON'T SEE THIS FROM Y'allCochran or any other Haley Barbour apologist.

Thad for Mississippi
= Cochran's long record of service gets praise from Democrats & Republicans
= Provided more than $18M in federal funds to HBCU's such as JSU, Tougaloo College, Alcorn State University, Mississippi Valley State University and Rust College
(Note: Thad Cochran has been in Congress over 40 years and he's taking credit for providing, over all that time, ONLY 18 MILLION DOLLARS to HBCU's? If that doesn't insult your intelligence Democrats then you are the dumbshits that Bennie Thompson and Robert Graham claim you to be?
Then, the special message from Thad Cochran to Democrats is at the end:
*The decision on who is going to be our next senator is going to be made in the republican primary. We're asking democrats to cross over and vote in the republican primary to ensure our community's interest is heard.
Judging from the current advertisement running every sixteen minutes on television, the Cochran handlers are hanging their hats on a vote he cast nine years ago in regard to Katrina aid.
If that's his last 'hat hanger', what's he done for the past nine years, other than draw a check and pay his 'rent'? Wait, he's been voting to fund Obamacare, increase the federal debt ceiling and whatever else Harry Reid snookered him into supporting.
It's time for his handlers to wake him from his nap and get him a rocking chair.
who hear thinks that if Cochran were forced into retirement, that he will move back to Mississippi to be closer to his Rose? Gonad will get a nice cushy job as a lobbyist in DC and still live in the basement of his money grubbing aide? Of course, she may evict him as he won't have the wherewithall to take her around the world anymore....at least on somebody elses dime.
If McDaniel beats Cochran, Chiders is elected in November. Look for the Mississippi House of Representatives to go back the the Democrats next year! You had better vote for Thad to prevent this from happening!
8:30 am, with all due respect, your talking point, I believe its #4 from the Cochran handout, is one of the lamest arguments I've seen.
If McDaniel beats Cochran, Chiders is elected in November. ... You had better vote for Thad to prevent this from happening!
Isn't it a little early in the day to get high? Childers won't win regardless of the GOP candidate.
Where in the world is Kay Webber? HELLO KAY???? Where are you???? What is the going rate for a basement apartment?
I'm thrilled to hear that this was a "pro-life" vote. The Tater tots largely voted "anti-life" on this vote. Saving this for next year.
