Dear Judge Wingate:
Rukia Lumumba does not represent Jackson.
Rukia Lumumba has no agency to speak for Jackson.
Thank you.

What 10:57 says x1000.
What 11:39 says x100,000
And do not give control back to the next bunch of politicians about to roll in!
What 11:39 AM says x1000, which makes what 10:57 says x1,000,000.
JXN water thinks they don’t need city approval to raise the rates. That’s questionable. But even if they don’t it’s not wise to force down taxpayers throats especially if new admin is not onboard. And they aren’t
This would be a great opportunity for Shock-Way to go in there and flame out-
Judge-
Please instruct Rukia to pay her taxes
12:16 I think that is 100% the point...
What 12:16 said, but louder.
Stipulated order specifically states JXN Water can raise rates without city approval.
The rate increase should be after all cut offs for non payers are completed.
Cutting off non-payers doesn't grow revenue.
"...not wise to force down taxpayers throats especially if new admin is not onboard. And they aren’t."
Please try to keep up. Neither the taxpayers (questionable) nor the 'new admin' have a thing to say about rates.
You missed the part where Judge Wingate has erected an iron wall between the 'takeover agent' and the city.
Anyway - How will the thousands who have paid nothing for water over the years recognize an increase?
11:31 True just tired of hearing non payer complain after receiving bills after not paying anything for year. If the cost is divided by months of non payment we all know the bill is extremely reasonable. No excuse other than letting Lumumba pick up the tab for those he didn’t go after payments from as a COJ Mayor!
