Given the whole school shooting stuff, yeah. No one should be on school property that doesn’t belong. Drug scales, paint ball guns, grown ass men who don’t go to school or have kids at school be dammed. Actually, Jackson was number one in the nation last year in per capita homicides: approximately 87 per 100,000. Because of Jackson's relatively small population, it didn't appear on many lists.
