WLBT reported that she was charged with 2 counts aggravated DUI. I hope more charges are coming.
Too white for Hinds blessings now. Maybe if she put on some black-face?
How are the other two kids?

More like she needs to show the green for her blessings.
Race don’t matter to the justice system if you are rich.
'Race don’t matter to the justice system if you are rich.'
Ah...she doesn't have a pot to piss in if Jess Dickinson's not holding it.
Campaign photos for Crisler. Just in time for the runoff.
How fast was she going? What was her rate of speed? What did she blow on the breathalyzer test? Why is she such a secret now that we all know? Think Mississippi. Ties that lie beneath by what she comes from whom? thank you WLBT. such a double standard...... Poor innocent BABY, and MOTHER!
Meanwhile Crisler's deputies we're stopping the press from even entering a public building.
6:53, what you smoking tonight?? You lost me after the breathalyzer test.
@5:01PM
Crisler is definitely pandering to sympathy of the voters. Has anyone been charged in the Medgar Evers nightclub shootings? No? I didn’t think so. What about the Murrah graduate at the gas station? Of course not? Oh okay.
"Since the tragedy occurred, Interim Sheriff Crisler has been diligently pushing for a warrant and the arrest of White."
Couldn't Crisler have made affidavit for a warrant and arrested her himself?
Don't worry, Judge Tommie Green will give her a slap on the wrist
If they arrest her before being discharged the authority is on the hook for her medical expenses.
This is the kind of case Hinds County officials look forward to.
They will denounce this woman and play like they are committed to justice and the law by using her as an example for a vigorous prosecution. Meanwhile, the gunshots and dead bodies pile up among their black brethren whom they won't touch.
Looks like a change of venue might be a good idea, unless she pleads out.
I don’t get having to “diligently push” for this arrest warrant? Who was pushing back? If ever there was a no brainer.
Crisler is full of crap. It is standard procedure in his department to arrest hospitalized suspects only upon release so the county is not stuck with a huge medical bill. The policy began under his patron saint, St. Mac. He is merely grandstanding.
Crisler for Sheriff!!!!!!
We here time & time again we need more boots on the streets (Police officers). There isn't a person on the face of this earth that could have predicted this
horrible loss of life. Now what needs to happen is to throw her A$$ in jail for vehicular homicide. IF... the judge dismisses this case 'again', their ass needs to go straight to the federal pen, end of story. Yes JPD and HSO have their problems but this was unavoidable. I'm not a Jackson resident but right is right and Ms Boozer was wrong as hell. Race & money have no place in the court system although it does. Sit back and see what happens and remember next election for a judge position.
Are you suggesting a politician is grandastanding? Oh the horror.
Former Hinds County Judge Melvin Priester is partially to blame for this.
Had he bothered to rule on her prior case that reportedly was appealed to county court, she probably would have been in jail or a program somewhere.
Priester ignored all of the DUI appeals from city and JP courts and never ruled on any of them. There are hundreds of those cases that will eventually be dismissed because of his failure to do his job in a timely manner.
All of the local DUI lawyers knew this and used it to their client's advantage.
You all need leave mr. Chisler alone. He good boy and love his family. Y'all jus watch and see, he gone be somebody. I agree with 9:54 and he just may be sheriff one day.
Maybe it's time to start road blocks back up again. No ? Election is coming up and you wouldn't want to upset certain ones ? Folks have gotten really bold all over the county because of lack of patrols ! That intersection alone would yeild a dozen drunk drivers in a hour between 7 and 9 at night.
If arrests are not made, prior to hospital release, in order to avoid paying medical bills, who pays the bills prior to the arrests? Don't say something stupid like, "YOU do".
