When I first saw just this headline, I figured it was a story on how Delbert is having his staff drive down to Laurel to inspect the voting record of McDaniel, Stacey and some others.
This is equal to a retirement announcement by Sen. Thad Cochran for sure. Dilbert, as the bench lady called him, would not make a move without Thad's blessing. May the games begin.
Delbert was shooting a new SOS "public service announcement" yesterday morning at a house on Wild Valley but we all know it is nothing but a taxpayer paid campaign commercial.
His molestation of McDaniel is simply his coming to Cochran's defense...not a bad move if you want to move up in line for his seat.
BTW, McDaniel has no idea what he is getting into.
Thad needs to go away and Delbert would make a great replacement.
Delbert is almost as old as Thad
McDaniel can't be beat!
McDaniel will beat himself.
The corrupt ole party promotes the next in line for leadership. Its like Senator Wicker getting the appointment from Gov. Barbour when he could have appointed Amy Tuck or Rita Martinsen.
Hosemann has hidden some corporate filings over his term that used to be in the public domain. He knows where all the bodies are buried.
8:12, you are obviously an idiot. Thad doesn't give a damn about Dilbert - and Dilbert has absolutely no idea what Thad is going to do. But he can't stand all the attention McDaniel is getting. Gilbert wants to be running so bad he can't keep it in his pants - but is not going to do it against Thad (nobody said Dilbert was dumb!)
And 9:48, who - other than Gilbert himself - thinks he is "next in line"? Most Republicans certainly don't think so.
Hey McDaniel fans--let's see how many times we can say "political establishment" and blame the "liberal media" for your candidate's shortcomings and overall lack of experience...ready, set, go!!!
Tea Party Candidates have been really successful like in Alabama, Louisiana, and Virginia. They are a movement that needs to end soon.
