In other words, cut the wasteful spending and use that money more wisely where its needed. None of these projects have or will come to fruition, however the consultants, as always, will get paid.<br /><br />Engineers, planners, scientists, economic development specialists always get paid. As they should be paid if governing bodies continue to exhibit a "we can't do it ourselves" attitude. Consultants are first of all capitalistic business people. Hooray for them. We need them.
