The Intersection is almost impassable.<br /><br />The only exception should be moving vans and they should have a permit to come into the city. Concrete trucks on city streets should likewise have a permit. Dirt trucks also. Then, tackle the problem of restaurants, small stores, etc. having huge trucks bringing small deliveries. Some kind of compromise should be made.<br /><br />We have to have fire trucks and garbage trucks. The rest should be controlled.
