The latest estimate based on antibody testing is the city has about 25% exposure rate. They would need to triple that to get to herd immunity. The rest of the country is somewhere between 5% and 15% exposure.<br /><br />Deliberate infection of the entire population as some are suggesting is absolutely crazy.
