Moses prayed and a sea opened up.<br /><br />This guy is in charge of a city.<br /><br />And it's the same city where just a few short months ago, one of the city councilmen suggested that black people should band together and throw rocks at police from a neighboring city when they chase Jackson criminals back into Jackson.<br /><br />Oh well.
